I have had this mattress for probably 8 months now and I love it. I have had major back issues and couldn't afford a new mattress, but, I found this mattress. The price was way better than anything else I could find. I just had my 4th back surgery and having this mattress is really helping. It is just the right firmness. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and I highly recommend this mattress. It really does make a difference for me. I am on a fixed income and was very surprised to find a mattress I can afford that works this good.

i had barely opened the package and it already inflated a lot. it is firm foam but i have no issue with it. i laid on it and it was comfortable to me. i recommend.

when I have a first purchases I was very skeptical until the first night sleeping on it it was so comfortable I fell immediately asleep . The only downside was when I first got the bedding I was not aware that you were to unroll it unseal it and let it plump up for at least 24 hours after that it was wonderful

entirely recommend

I absolutely LOVE this matress! it is so comfortable, my back and hips hurt much less in the morning. Highly recommend. It only took a few hours to get to a full 12" thickness. Opened from box, let sit and slept on in under 5 hours and has worked perfect for months now.

I never do reviews but this mattress is really good!!! I've had it for almost a year and it's perfect!! Also affordable. I bought mattresses on Wayfair and other pricier websites and chose to try this one by chance and it's better than any I have bought and for the price it's amazing!! The mattress feels soft but firm. It's more on the firm side which is great because why would u want it wobbly. It's also soft when u lay on it. It's firm but does not feel hard as a rock, it's a perfect combination. Also if ur on one side the other side doesn't move so you can have a drink and if someone lays next you it won't fall lol. It's the best!! I hope they stock up on queen sizes soon

Says medium but this mattress is SUPER FIRM. I love firm mattresses but even this is to firm for me. Good thing about its firmness is that this mattress will last a very long time as it is made out of good quality. Great price. My only problem is the description says medium and it's not!

Medium? No, Super Firm!

This mattress  has been the worst money i have spent,one the matress stinks, and the odor is so bad that you cant sleep on it. my roommate is allergic to it .so i spent almost two hundred dollars for two of them had to trash o e its so bad now i have to get rid of the other 😡😡😡😡

Do not buy

Absolutely do not recommend this Zinus Gel Airflow 10" Memory Foam Mattress. It's so uncomfortable that I can't get more than 4-5 hours of sleep, and it's left me with constant back pain since I started using it. The mattress is far too firm, with no real support, and I genuinely regret this purchase.

The return process is just as bad—the EFW (Walmart freight pickup) service still hasn't picked up the mattress even though I initiated my return on October 6th. Dealing with this has been a true headache and huge waste of time. Wish I had read more honest reviews before buying. Stay away from this mattress if you value your sleep and back health!

Worst Mattress—Terrible for the Back

It's a good bed for the price but if you don't like firm beds do not buy this one it is not soft at all . I personally prefer a softer mattress and wouldn't recommend it for that reason . However if you like a firm mattress it would be a good fit for you .

Too firm for my liking

The bed is extremely uncomfortable I had to get a mattress topper just so I could make it more fluffy and suitable for my body, but I wanted to test it out for a few months before I made a review because at first I thought it was just because it was new and needed to fluff out and that's why it was so hard but it's been a few months. I've had it and it's still hard. I don't feel memory foam at all.
