Very comfortable, better than expected.   I suggest getting the tencel mattress protector.  I tried the bed without it and with it.  The bed is much cooler to sleep on with the mattress protector, very comfortable, highly recommend the extra spend to get the protector.

We had been on a road trip and stayed at a hotel in Oregon.  We are the type to be up early and on the road and typically no alarm even needed when staying at a hotel. Well this mattress sucked us in and instead of leaving BY 6 we were still cozy at 8/9 when we woke up! 
We both woke up saying we needed this mattress for home!! 
We took apart the bed to see the tag and I saved it for when we were ready. 
We also ordered the split adjustable king frame and the combo is SO comfortable.  It arrived a day before we went in to have our twins and with now month old twins and a daughter under two sleep needs to be deep and good! I feel I might just be the most rested mom I know. Even if the stretch of sleep is only 3 hrs at a time in the beginning it's the most rested I've felt. My husband who was having difficulty sleeping is in love with this bed/mattress.  We have already bought one for my mom who was having aches and pains.  Thank you for producing a mattress so comfortable and which doesn't break the bank

Well rested

My mattress order arrived quickly, and I took the advice of several others, and let it sit and slowly decompress for a couple of days before I used it. The first few nights, it was a little firmer than what I was used to, but once I adjusted, I have slept like a baby. Great value, especially at this price point!

this mattress will make you never want to leave your bed its so relaxing to tight muscle I can see a very big difference from the hybrid firm icolie mattress I totally regret going back to the spring mattress and my back sees the difference also Zinus the best easy to order and set up hassle free service its worth ever dollar i really miss this mattress, Queen 12' its like sleeping on all pillows my arthritis was happy it felt expensive i recommend this to a few friends who are extremely happy

If you like soft but supportive with no bounce f

I absolutely love this mattress.  I also bought a platform.  All were easy to set up and it did not take long for the mattress to "fluff up".  My sleep has definately improved.  My back and my hip do not ache half as much as it did.  I am so glad I purchased this mattress.  The prices are very reasonable.

sleeping so much better

I have had some back pain everyday for years. Recently on vacation I woke up with no back pain.  After flipping the mattress over I discovered it was Zinus.  I ordered a mattress immediately.  I have not had back pain at all for about a month now.  I did not think this was even possible.  I highly recommend this mattress for anyone!!  It does feel firm when you first sit on it but quickly feels absolutely perfect for any sleeper.

It's firm and you sleep deeply and with full restorative sleep if you sleep timely that is. I always hated foam until Zinus because ut shaped and formed a depression in the mattress. These mattresses rise back to the original shape and is always how I bought it. Love the firmness and coziness of this mattress

Foam Mattress is great when it's a Zinus

Honestly, I think the bed is just OK. I have to flip it every week so it doesn't wear down and it's just OK for me. I probably would consider getting either a different brand or something that doesn't wear down as quickly. But for the price of the bed is great it works.

It is just OK

Very very hard mattress. I had the worst body aches from sleeping on this bed. Would rather use air mattress or sleeping bag. Trying to figure out how I will get a refund since I live in a rural area that does not have donation pickup and I don't own a truck. Save your money buy an air mattress!

Horrible hard bed.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The mattress didn't meet my expectations since it didn't expand to 12 inches (plus a huge bump in the middle). The customer service sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, it had the same exact problem. Never expanded to the expected 12 inches. There's a huge bump in the middle. The edges are irregular and thinner than the rest of the mattress. Nothing like the mattress shown in the picture. I do not recommend this mattress. I'm sure this review won't be published and it's unfortunate because it could be helpful to other buyers out there.
