Would recommend

Zinus Adrian queen 12 inch wood platform bed frame

This bed frame is exactly what I wanted!!! The headboard is the perfect height (I hate tall headboards) and the bed itself feels pretty sturdy. And I love the way it looks too :-)

Nice bed!!!

walmart.com

Very easy assembly, maybe 2 hours.

As others have said, you need to hand tighten any screws at joints that need to be square or align with others.

Only after the entire frame is together should you fully tighten the major joints.

The bed feels surprisingly solid and sturdy. No problems with rocking, noises, or instability.

Great Quality, very impressed! I have to say I was a little nervous ordering this bed. It beats my expectations in a very good way! Really impressed with the quality of the wood. Finding a wood frame bed at an affordable price is not easy, this is exactly what I wanted! Very easy to put together. I bought this for my very tall teen Son who was still sleeping on a twin bed. Highly recommend!

Beats my expectations!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality, looks very nice, and affordable. No complaints.

Great bed

The materials are good, the packaging and expected construction process are empathetically designed for the customer. Unlike IKEA style platforms, however, this platform has no overlapping edge to hold the mattress in place, so be sure to order a good mattress with some weight. We chose a NapQueen Victoria 10" Hybrid Mattress and it works well. The hybrid mattresses are much less expensive than the 'known' types, but our sense is that it should provide good support and do the job for 5-8 years. It is both comfortable and firm. Zinus platform beds do include a kind of unsophisticated way of holding a lighter mattress in place by allowing the user to peel back a strip of paper on two of the support slats, revealing a semi-sticky surface. I'm not sure it will continue to work over time, but again, with the heavier mattress, a user will have no issues.

If you are worried about the middle legs needed to support the side rails, I was too. It tends to indicate lower quality, but we bought a full-sized bed (nice for less expensive sheets and more variety and makes rooms look bigger too), and we use European-style comforters (duvets) in queen size that hang over the platform by 8 inches or so. The legs are nice bits of wood however, and do not look cheap.

So, if you need a sturdy, relatively inexpensive bed with warm brown tones that can look formal or casual, this one will do the job.

Good materials. Good color. We're content.

I was pleasantly surprised buying this and realizing it it was true to color and it matched my furniture perfectly. It is a lower bed which is nice. I put a 12 inch mattress on it and I can sit with my feet on the floor. The assembly went together perfectly. I'd say it took me a half hour to put it together.

I love this bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks premium and easy to assemble. You can easily disassemble, move, and assemble again. It took 30 min to assemble but the experts can assemble in less than 10 minutes also.
Zinus product have been good to me so far.

Premium look and Easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a sturdy, affordable, good looking, and relatively easy to assemble bed frame, this is it. This is all-wood, including the slats. The one thing to watch out for is the weight of this bed frame. It's quite heavy and requires two people to both move the box inside the house and to assemble the pieces. The assembly itself is not too hard, since the parts are marked and requires only an Allen wrench (included). Because of the weight, you need one person to hold the piece and another to screw in the bolts. The slats come in an accordion pattern, connected by a sturdy Velcro band and very easy to roll out on the frame. Once assembled, the bed is sturdy and doesn't make any noise. It supports fairly heavy mattresses. The height is also comfortable. Overall, two thumbs up.

I am really impressed with the packing and assembly instructions. I am able to assemble within 15minutes without anyone's help. Assembly tool was really useful. Color is really matching with the picture. Wood quality is awesome. I highly recommend this.
