I bought this sofa for my new apartment since it was affordably priced and has the reversible sectional style that I wanted. It's turned out to be a very good buy. It's supportive and comfy, was reasonably easy to put together, and the reversible chaise style is a really nice and versatile feature. It's a good size for an apartment (big enough to sit three comfortably) but not so large that it looks bulky or takes up a lot of space. 

A couple things to note; while it's fairly easy to build, it's not the easiest. It's possible as one person but better as a two-person job. A friend helped me and we took less than an hour to build it. It was unfortunately left in the lobby of my apartment, so I had to deconstruct the box and bring up the pieces, some of which were quite heavy (not a detraction from the quality of the couch, but something to think about depending on the level of help you have/the space you live in). Also, while the fabric does break in and air out after a few hours, it initially felt rough and almost like it had a residue on it, and had a very strong plastic scent. Once again, this is just a heads-up, and it all aired out and broke in after a couple of days without the plastic wrap. Very happy with the quality of the purchase for the price!

Comfortable Sofa--Perfect for an Apartment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty sturdy, dark gray but more on the lighter side. Easy and fast to build. Perfect size for living room's that are on their smaller side. Highly recommend you buying this item.

The couch is great for the price, I will say It is a little more on the stiff side however with some use I think it will soften. Super easy to assemble as well.

Great Find

Extremely easy to assemble thanks to the instructions provided, one person can set it up no problem. Looks wise it's perfect but the comfort level is pretty low. It could be that it's still new and needs to be broken in!

The sofa arrived promptly all in one box. It went together easily. It looks compact and the fabric is great. It's hard and too small for our purposes and we're returning it.

Pay more and get a better couch

Very low quality, the wooden frame looks like made of pallet wood and the textile is rough. If you sit on the sofa the seat is too narrow and you have to sit too upright and the back is low and doesn't provide much support. I would rather sit on the floor than sit on this couch. This is probably meant for decor for model apartments for realtors and not meant for actual use. Zinus makes good bed frames so was hoping the sofa would have been decent but I was wrong. Once assembled you can't really take it apart and box it up and ship it back so returning is not a practical option. Please dont waste $500 if you are planning to use this, better to actually go to a discount furniture store sit and try on some couches before you buy one.
