This mattress is only about 6 inches tall, but it is very comfortable. It is actually for a bunkbed, but I am using it as a regular bed for my basement. I chose this one because it was a reasonable price and I don't have visitors come very often, but I tested it out one night to make sure that it was comfortable and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a reasonable mattress for your bunkbed or otherwise.

for the price it was definitely worth it. i slept on it for a nap and it was comfortable.  bought it for my son and not have had any complaints. i was worried about the springs but thankfully no problem there. definitely worth the money. wish it could of came sooner but i definitely will buy again if 1 of my kids need a new mattress

The reviews had me very anxious on this purchase. I received my queen size mattress on aug 13th-  unpacked it, I left it there for two days. My bed fully expanded almost instantly. The corners are fine, there are no lumps, I didn't have mold and or stains, and the mattress is firm but it's soft. To elaborate yes it has a layer of memory foam  AND coils so it's soft as to where you won't wake up sore being that memory foam hurts my back but this was great (my opinion) . I also do not hear the coils as some people have mention. the bed is very silent

Bed is fine to me.

please make sure that when purchasing, it is an inner spring NOT hybrid. this mattress is very bouncy and the support is not there. I didn't buy it for myself. this was bought for a child and is wonderful for this purpose. it's not for those who have back problems.

It's a good mattress for children

For $100 full mattress, it is a great deal.   Is it a good mattress?   No.   It is very thin (obviously) and the coils can be felt even with a thick mattress topper.  I thought I could combine it with a thick topper to create an affordable hybrid for my daughter.   It did not work out.   Walmart allows in-store returns; so, we swapped with a 10" mattress from another brand ($230) at Walmart and are much happier.

You get exactly what you pay for ...

My son needed a new bed at home while he was away at college. He broke his last 2 box springs because of his size and his mattress went lumpy in a hurry. I hope this will last until he finishes college. Heavy duty and looks nice. He needed a firm mattress but still comfortable and it is.

Good bed for away college kid

Much better with a 3" memory foam topper %26 a 2-3" pillow top mattress pad. Not a bad way to make an inexpensive mattress super comfortable. That's what I did, anyway.

Good for the price...

I wouldn't give it a star it's horrible the springs poke through  first day get it material so thin it's has tears in it I wouldn't even lay my dog on it

They dont advertise that the thing is made from urethane. Or that is hoghly flammable. Or that prolonged exposure could cause cancer, miscarriages, behavioral issues for those buying for our kids, or give us the option and full knowledge we need to say yes or no to such an item just to make a dollar. steer clear of this product not worth your families health or tragic event.

TOXIC BEWARE

So frustrating!! Mattress did not grow, one side grew 10' the other side 11', metal part is damaged and when I requested for a return, Walmart's transportation company told me that I need to leave the mattress outside for pick up! First of all the mattress is super heavy and I live in an apartment complex, so.. impossible to leave outside!!! Terrible experience!
