Slept on a memory foam mattress for a year and a half, my back has never felt right since. This mattress was delivered in two days, I was amazed that it fit into a box. I haven't slept this great for awhile and I have no more back and neck pains after waking up. I use this with a platform bed and no box spring. Only complaint is that that it doesn't completely fill out my bed as much as the memory foam, and might be a little lower in height, but it's still great nonetheless.

I really wasn't expecting much being the cost wasn't high. Boy was I wrong! Great bargin! I had a 4" memory foam topper that I put on top. I also bought the metal base to put it on eliminating the need for a boxspring. This set up rivals an expensive set up.

Would buy again and again

This mattress is A-Mazing. It comes rolled in a box and almost as flat as a pancake. Once you remove the tape and  wrapping and cut away the plastic "shrink wrap" the mattress goes from about 2" thick to a beautiful 8" thick. It is soft and firm and oh so comfortable. Watching this mattress expand and become a regular 8" mattress is really amazing site to see! The comfort is so great!

Mattress-in-a-Box? Yeah, right!

Im deployed in Afghanistan. I have gone thru 3 BAD military issue mattresses in 2 months. Since WalMart offered free shipping, I compared 5 mattresses. The Slumber 8" Mattress in a box, won by providing a 5 year warranty. It arrived very quickly! Quickly set up & able to sleep on that night! I have not slept better while here. I am thinking of buying a queen size for Home when I get back!

Great Buy!

It's been about two weeks now (as of 16/08/2025) since I started using this mattress, and I must say it feels very comfortable and absolutely worth the price compared to my old one. For maximum comfort, I'd recommend adding a 1–2 inch mattress topper. I'm 6'2” and weigh about 97kg, and I use the queen size. I can feel the springs slightly, but it's not uncomfortable at all. Overall, I highly recommend this mattress especially at the price of $299 before tax.

This seems to be a high quality mattress.  It's a bit stiffer than I thought it would be but at the price I paid it is a bargain.  I had no problem with the setup and am looking forward to it lasting for a long while.

A good mattress at a bargain price!

I was expecting a firmer bed. Also there was no power adapter for the light. I had to use a spare at home to connect it. That being said, the instructions really help DIY folks like me.

Not too firm. Adapter missing.

I had Zinus mattress for 5 years and it was perfect. We changed the bed size in Aug 2025 and got this new mattress. It is horrible. All night with a slight move gives loud squeaking sounds which is very annoying. 
Don't buy !!!

Very disappointed with this mattress!!

Even though I read the negative reviews saying they got a different brand, I decided to give it a shot, and to my surprise same issue, got a different brand and they are saying will replace with Zinus brand, I hope they do or else I will file a complaint for false advertisement

this mattress is so bad I slept 1 night had such a bad back ache next morning  got up and it had such a bad dip where I laid. I'm an amputee so can't load up and return such a bad purchase its just lost money I have to deal with. don't buy no firmness at all
