Lids

Ziplock has always been a favorite for variety of sizes and reliability.  Am using the same
set purchased 10 years ago.  Decided on this set because of variety of sizes all in one and durability.

Old Tupperware containers were worn out, so I wanted to replace them with some new ones. Figured I'd try these out. I really should have looked at the reviews, because buying these was a huge mistake and a giant waste of money. The ones with the screw on lids are fine, but the Dumb Snap lids are absolute garbage. It's almost like the lids are too small for the containers. You can only get 3 corners of a lid on at a time, and the only way to get the 4th corner on is to force it down. Then, if you just look at the container wrong, one of the corners pops off again. Instead of calling it Smart Snap Technology, you should change the name to Smart Snap Dog Crap, because that's exactly what it is. These are 100% getting thrown in the trash where they belong.

Huge Waste of Money

I ordered these because mine were getting pretty old, not realizing they'd changed the design. They're horrible. Lid is much wider so they take up more room and don't fit 2 deep in my cabinets and takes up more room in the fridge. Trying to get the lid on is impossible. Pressing the middle only collapses the container and still the rid isn't sealed. Trying to run around the edges, a corner will pop up, making it impossible to close. I bought the multi pack and even the shorter and small ones have these issues but the tall are the worst. To make it worse, you proved my husband right, yet again. I'll be hearing about this for the next 10 years.

Do NOT buy the new style

All ziploc products with "smart Snap" need to be recalled and refunded. The lids do not work.

Do not buy! New Smart Snap lids do not close.
