Ziplock is quality. Buy freezer type for heavier duty.

I have no love for slider bags-the slide and top of the side seams like to fail.

These are zipper fasten, line up the tracks, press together and run thumb and finger to the end. Airtight. These are also my favorite for making up an ice pack. Put cubes or cracked ice in baggie, add a little water to speed up the cooling, burp the air out as you seal. Turn 90 or 180 degrees and slide into another baggie. Burp the air as you seal. Put a washcloth or hand towel around the baggie and apply. You can freeze the unit again for reuse.

I often cook large quantities and portion and freeze some for later. I also buy in bulk and break down large quantities to freeze for later. These bags work well for quantity and protection against freezer burn.

I also use some for craft materials storage, and parts storage when repairing things.

The last I knew, TSA will allow a maximum of 10 one-quart baggies per passenger. Feel free to use these for storing and organizing your things for travel, they do prevent a leak from getting everywhere.

I also use several sizes of baggies to organize and keep my yarn and projects organized and clean. I cut flat spools from cereal boxes and wind smaller lengths to make neat, then store in quart baggies.

A box of 100 means you have a good supply on hand. This is also an economical way to buy.

100, one quart, heavy duty, and so useful

walmart.com

Always use this great product I like to have gallon and quart sized freezer bags to portion my meats or other items when I'm putting away my groceries after a shopping spree. It helps when you use a permanent marker to write on the bag date and item inside. Especially if you occasionally make larger purchase , portioning meats before freezing is easier than doing it when you're ready to take your frozen meat out to thaw.

I love these bags. I've been using them for decades. I use them to freeze all my meat. As long as you get all the air out you'll never get freezer burn or ice inside the bag. It's an easy, safe and trusted brand.

Stay Fresh.

These bags are used many times for frozen items.

After soaking beans and freezing on a small sheetpan, they store in the freezer using these durable bags. Same with roasted peppers.

The bags are easy to give a quick rinse, dry and reuse.

Other types of bags are just too much trouble to mess with. These Ziploc are the best.

The best freezer bags durable and reusable

I appreciate the opportunity to purchase groceries, etc from Walmart.com. It makes it easy to stock up and to save money by not making impulse purchases on frequent store trips.

BEWARE: Packing of items leaves a lot to be desired. Looks like a child was given pictures of what was needed on the order. The child proceeds to find the item and toss into any size box without care for packaging or mixing of items. I just received a box with shampoo, and body wash packed with packages of cookies. ?????? I am shocked that any of the cookies made it through shipping. One of the body wash bottles was broken and the liquid was all over the packages of cookies and half drained into the box. Having to take something back to be refunded defeats the purpose of buying on line. I will let you know if I start blowing bubbles after eating a cookie.

Unfortunately this is not a one time occurrence of poor packing. It is the norm. I advise very careful selection for what you want in each order. In other words, any food items should be ordered on separate days or weeks. :(

best for storage

I have tried budget priced bags. Budget bags don't hold up or have as much space. These Ziplok bags are the best buy. Their durability is exceptional. They are true to size, unlike competing brands. Therefore their storage capacity is larger. I use Ziploc bags to freeze %26 store summer fruits.

Ziploc Freezer Quart Storage Bags

It is just worth getting the Ziplock brand for me. They are much sturdier and the zip top works better

Ziploc is the best we won't purchase anything else. We also wash these out with soap and water and reuse them, so they really last a long time.

Ziploc is the best %26 and they are reusable

I ordered the Ziploc bags 1 gallon size and the shopper got the quart size for me as a replacement. I did approve it, but in all honesty I couldn't read the small print so I received a small rather then the gallon size bags that I had needed. The shoppers need to be a little more attentive to those kinds of details.
Thanks

This product was in the bottom of the box and was crushed as well, caved in is more like it, There were other items in the box that were damaged/crushed as well. Bad, bad packing, no cushioning for anything at all, except the strip of bubble pillows 4 of them , on top of everything in the ox.

Bad packing
