This rice cooker changed my life.

Love the rice cooker! I had a very very old one, and decided it was time to upgrade. I purchased the smaller one and it is still larger than I thought it would be so make sure you’ve got enough cabinet space. The rice is delicious and you can’t mess it up. So it’s pretty seamless to use. I only wish it didn’t only have a 24 hour clock. And it had a 12 hour clock option. For the price it seems like it should have that small feature.

Easy, perfectly cooked rice

This rice cooker was good for a while, but it died outside of warranty. It still makes rice, but the screen is totally messed up. I bought this expecting it to be a great long term purchase. If it does break, you will learn that they do not sell replacement parts and you have to ship it into a service center to be serviced. The closest one to me is 4 states away and has expensive diagnostic fees - it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Very disappointed in the long term value for the price of the cooker.
