Handle

The handle is very comfortable, and it locks into place so it is not necessary to squeeze the handle to turn the cutting blade. The cutting blade is VERY EASY to turn. The only slight issue is it is supposed to cut the lid completely off but it does not quite completely remove the lid. Defeats the purpose of the magnet that will hold the cut lid for disposal.

I HAVE BEEN USING ONE JUSTLIKE THIS FOR YEARS BUT I FINALLT HAD TO REPLACE IT.  I AM GLAD WALMART HAD THE EXACT OPENER LIKE I WAS=USING.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WITH ARTHRITIS IN TOUR HANDS.

This type of can opener will outlast an electric can opener. They are very well-made. They may cost a bit more now because used to they were cheaper made, and you could get them for like four dollars but now that they start making them better they last for a long time.

Can opener that lasts a very long time

Gave it 3 stars on durability because I have only had it for a week, but it really works well and I have had three strokes so it is hard for me to use my left hand so it is especially good for me. It makes opening cans a breeze, thank you!

After about 10 uses the plastic handles keep popping loose from the lock position. Noticed a button on the top. I don't know why this is getting rave reviews it's not that good. My next opener will be made out of all metal but maybe plastic on the handle.
