Absolutely delicious! Cooked Roast in the oven at 20 minutes per pound at 350 F. I made a rub out of Kosher Salt and Garlic Powder, and rubber the whole thing. The layer of fat was on the narrow top, so I put a couple of skewers in to it and balanced them on the top of my roasting pan. Came out pink inside; Rare to Medium Rare. Sliced really easily with my sharp chef's knife. It was wonderful. We all just gobbled it up.

So-o-o Good!

Needs some attention but makes a nice roast.

Economical treat

We bought it just because it was on sale but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The meat was tender and juicy. The only downside is that it had a bit more fat than what we would've liked.

Excellent!

the shopper got me a really good piece of beef

not rees tender

Steady

This is the worse piece of meat I ever bought. you are suppose to roast it and slice it. Well, I couldn't slice it, it was so full of cartilage and nerves, it was uneatable. I will have to boil it to see if anything is salvable. It's not worth what you pay for it

rubber is more tender
