An affordable alternative to filet mignon or tenderloin, chuck tender steaks are lean but tender, with a wonderfully delicate flavour. Give them that melt-in-your-mouth texture by marinating them in a vinegar-based marinade (or fresh lemon juice!) and giving them a quick pound with the mallet before grilling them on the BBQ. Or, for a more fall-apart-on-the-fork texture, braise ’em low and slow in a Dutch oven to bring out all their flavour and tenderness. Steak

I've purchased these three times, and I found it's been a hit or miss on whether they will be decent. I like to marinade them in olive oil, lemon, and oregano overnight before I BBQ them. Thank you

Not great, but not horrible.

Small pieces and you guys charged like 6 dollars extra for no reason

I was given 0.629kg, mimimum weight is listed as 0.7kg

wrong weight

One of the steaks was so sinewy that it was basically inedible. All the steaks in the pack had to be rebutcherd because of all the sinew. It was really expensive already I shouldn't have to do the butchers job myself.

Bad quality

It was the worst steak and toughest steak i ever tried to cook.  I even marinated it overnnight.  I will never buy a y more meat there.

Dont but!

Even if you marinade the steaks they are very chewy and hard to get through. Also, this says 6-12 steaks but we only received 4.
