Don't try to cook this directly out the pack. This is a nice marinate steak, add some acid such as citrus, coke, or apple juice, with some olive oil and salt/soy sauce. Overnight this turns into some juicy tender steak.

Decent

Very pleased, cut the steaks up and made beef tips. Used the rest and made beef and barley soup. Both meals were delicious and filling.

Great value, perfect to satisfy your steak cravings without draining your wallet. Perfect cut and portions for a Steak frites dinner or carne asada tacos

Very marbled with fat sometimes. These are small, thin cut flavorful cuts that can be used in beef stew or fajitas.

Heard about trip tip before but never seen it in supermarkets. A lot of what looks like marbling is gristle, making it a bit tough, but it's still a super tasty, beefy cut. Still a good price/quality ratio.

Tasty

I had high hopes for this steak, but unfortunately, it fell short. While it was thick, the portion size was disappointingly small for the price. The biggest letdown, though, was the texture—it was tough and difficult to enjoy. Despite good marbling, which gave some hope for flavor and tenderness, the overall experience just wasn't great. For the cost, I expected something much better. Wouldn't recommend.

Portion size… disappointing

Someone stole my credit card information from my Walmart.ca account and had this food fraudulently delivered to an abandoned, boarded up property. Customer service did absolutely nothing to assist and advised me to talk to my bank attempt to recover my money. No one so much as apologized for the breach of my information. I hope this food tasted like the dumpster they delivered it to. Zero common sense exercised by Walmart staff at all levels.

Walmart is complicit in online grocery fraud.

There was a lot of fat on them, they were not trimmed like the image portrayed. I went somewhere else to purchase a similar higher quality product for less money.

Got a Better Quality for Less Elsewhere

While on vacation I decided to check my CC accounts. Found a bunch of purchases made with my card. Contacted Walmart Credit and they cancelled the order. The problem is, I don't know how it happened. Was it fraud or an error on their behalf? They are not saying. Now, I simply shut it off when I know I won't be using it

They are half the size in the picture and when I got them they were small so used them with eggs for breakfast
