Super functionalities

very easy to use, works very well. Travel case provided. Very good value for money. Despite the recommendations, I used it for my flat iron travel and I had no problems.

Very good purchase

Universal sockets

I purchased this set for one purpose and that was to be used during my travel to China. In all the cities and towns I traveled to during the course of 3 weeks, not a single socket worked with the adapter. The angle of the prongs are slightly off and so it wouldn't fit at all, no matter how many times I tried to jam it in. I no longer have the receipt to do an exchange/refund, but if I did, I would not hesitate to bring it back. Very disappointed!

Didn't fit into the socket!

Pro:
step down volt 220V to 110 works
Able to use my 110 on a 220 power source
Power converter is light weight great for travel

Con:
Great Britain Socket doesnt fit at London, England sockets. I am here at London now and writing this review out of frustration. The design of the Great Britain adapter if wrong as I compared the prongs to the ones here. (see photos)

If Air Canada would just re-evaluate their prong design for Great Britain this would be a 5 star product.

Poor design

I was looking at the reviews, in particular the one with the photos attached.  The reviewers personal adapter states on it "Europe" which is not Britain (UK).  So, of course they would look different. I have not tried mine yet as my trip is still a couple of months away but, as most of these reviews are a couple of years old or older, I shall hope that the bugs have been ironed out.

Haven't used it yet...that is why only one star.

there is nothing on the outside packaging that says this device is only good for items other than what a person really needs when they travel...like a phone and a computer. no receipt here either. this is very unacceptable and i am very upset!
