Product arrived late, terrible return experience at local Walmart will definitely make me stay away from Walmart online shopping.

Return was handled by a guy seems has no experience of the process and refused to get his manager for assistance by a loud " I am manager".  

I asked about the refund of my gift card when I noticed that no proof of return being provided. The answer was:" Call the 1-800 ....."
