Lovely flavour but I feel the difference with the protein! A bit on the sweet side though so I dilute it quite a bit with milk

I'm a diabetic, if I eat protein it has almost o affect on my blood sugar; however, if I eat carbohydrates it does.   One scoop of this is supposed to have 2g of Carbohydrattes.  That should affect me only marginally, but that's not the case. Note that when I eat significant carbs,  as a consequence of spiking blood sugar, I get really drowsy and fall asleep for an hour or so.  This does that to me.  
If I had eaten something else, or even had coffee or something else that I could blame it on, I wouldn't give it this mediocre review, but I suspect something is not right.  

If the carbs are indeed off, can their protein quanties be similarly off?  

Personally, I suspect that it is that their  nutritional information is wrong, and not something else that I'm doing.  I think it should be tested by an independant body right from something that is purchased in store (not from something the vendor supplies to the testing lab).     

The price of protein powder is quite high, and if my suspicions are correct, then we aren't getting what we paid for, and I won't recommend it.   Obviously, it's a protein powder, so it has some, so I'm not giving it 0 starts, but I was tempted to put it at 1.  In the end I chose 2,  I think I'm being charitable.

I question their nutrional infomation.

Does not mix well - grainy texture. Rivalus is waaaaaaay better and with the money.

Has a strong nutty flavor and very little chocolate flavor. The sweetener is over powering. It does dissolve well though i ll try another brand to find if all protein shakes are like that
