I absolutely love this product.  I don't add anything to it at all. I mix it with Almond Milk and Coconut Milk, alternating between the two, and it tastes amazing and works great. Curbs hunger and is a good meal replacement.  I let it sit for one minute to thicken up and love it.

Love this product.

I , personally, have found it a useful tool for helping me slowly take off the weight. It has a guild inside the container to help make good choices and best ways to use shake mix. I use Hershey cocoa with cinnamon and ginger. lost 7 lbs in two weeks and that is  with some slip ups :) . 1 can last 1 week at two shakes a day.

Now I can answer proper, I really love this Almased, it has a good tate and I finaly started this morning and I don`t feel hungry had another drink for lunch

Good product.

I purchased this product as I had seen many mixed reviews. The ingredients were not so bad and I needed to star my weight loss with results. I mix in 6 TBS in with Almond milk, blueberries, and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 tsp of cinnamon. It keeps me going for at least 4 hours. I only take 1 shake a day and eat reasonably the rest of my meals and have already noticed a slight difference in my clothes. It has been 10 days since I started. The weight number has not changed.

Not that bad tasting

I took this product for three months but had no weight loss, however I am a senior and not very active. The container was flimsy that the  Almased was put into and in one instance the package was placed in a box and there was damage to the product. The products flimsy container was crushed and the powder was everywhere, in the shipping boxI was never reimbursed by Walmart. I am no longer using this product.
