This item is a great product. It is much thinner than most products like it yet it is very absorbent.   I used many products until I found these and now this is all I will use.  I love being able to have them shipped right to my door in a box that does not indicate what he item is.

These are by far the nest pads I have ever used.  Bladder control for seniors is sometimes embarrassing.   But, I an very comfortable  using always discreet

Suppy to have on hand.

These work well, as I have incontinence due to nerve damage and major reconstructive pelvic surgery, I need something for daily use. They suppress almost all urine smell, which is important and absorb great. I gave them 4 stars because the only thing I would like to see added to them is wings. The addition of wings (like the last nes on Always menstrual pads would make these truly secure and leak proof. I don't love that I have to use these, but I love these pads.

These pads truly work.

I wouldn't buy again, too thin.
