It looks like a laminated counter top but it washes as easily. The desk was very easy to put together, it is a normal height and size, has deep storage sides for storage boxes and it is very sturdy.

Home office desk

It looks and feels high end, and it is very sturdy. I'm really happy with my purchase and it exceeded my expectations.

Much better than expected

My teenage son took on the task of putting this table together. It was very easy to assemble in less than hour (not including the time to fully read the instructions). I would highly recommend this table!

Great size table and easy to assemble.

The shelves fit my printer, 1/2 a case of printer paper, a file box, and still leaves a shelf empty. I'm very pleased with this purchase. The quality is as i expected, and the whole project only took me an hour to assemble. This is a great choice!

Exceeds Expectations

My granddaughter, 11, loves her new desk. Fairly easy for my 73 year old husband to put together. She can keep changing out the colors with new side baskets.

Great new desk

It sit's a bit high but there is plenty of room on it.  We're using it for a home work station in our family room for when My wife and I work from home and we have our DVR and wifi modules  on the one shelf.  still plenty of room

WE like it fine

This desk was difficult to assemble, not all parts and holes lined up properly.  Desk is wobbly and unstable upon completion.  Worst of all, it is higher than normal desks and requires a pneumatic office chair in order to sit at desk properly and comfortably.  Was not part of my plan to buy chairs.  This room already had another desk and chair, and a second matching chair for use at the new desk.  Because of this height issue, I had to order TWO matching chairs at a cost of $170, in order to make the room uniform.  And I'm stuck with two unusable wooden chairs.  Regret the desk purchase and now have to wait two weeks for pneumatic office chairs to arrive.  Not happy!

Not happy!

I bought a number of Ikea pieces (desks/shelves) and I also bought this piece at the same time. This piece had pre drilled holes that were missing and the edges weren't all flush unlike the Ikea furniture. I plan to return this piece mainly because it ended up being too big for the space (this is a pretty large desk so check your measurements) and ended up going back to Ikea for a desk. Overall it was decent but I would rate the Ikea furniture higher.

Didn't like as well as Ikea furniture

Seems that i got a previously returned item as it came with some signs of use and someone tried to cover some scratches with a different tone of white, all the 8 legs are over painted on the corners, also the holes doesnt match some of the parts so bit hard to align it.... I would return it but since dont have a truck is going to be worse and more expensive than just keep this piece of re used desk...seems that there is no quality control with this company.
