I had the old school Amope for years.  Worked great, but I wasnt fond of changing 4 x AA batteries often. It was looking pretty shabby thougb it held up quite well. I tried the New Amope Pedi perfect rechargeable version. I didnt hwve very high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised what a beast this little devoce is. Recharging does not hold back the performance of it at all. This performs even better than the original. Both sanding attachments work like a charm! My feet are so happy! Food sensitivities really dries my feet out. Using this a couple days out of the week followed up by moisturizer works amazingly. My feet are like new again. It is very satisfying to use as well. I am a germaphobe and rather do my feet at home rather than a salon. I pamper myself.

I spent a lot of time deciding how much to spend, what features I wanted, and which type would work best for me. I went with a higher priced tool but not for the price but for the functions it has and the manner in which I would be using it. The only way I can use it is while sitting. Geeze Louise!! This little snazzy tool made the bottoms of my feet feel like they are brand new again. The speeds are great, the file type/s are varied are great, its rechargeable, waterproof, portable. I sat and watched TV while I took my time using it. Afterwards I applied lotion to my feet and they came out real nice. I would say after using this tool one or two more times in the next week, I will only need to use it once or twice a week to keep my feet bottoms nice and soft. Thank you, Amope Pedi Perfect Pro!

I had an old one like this, however this one is much better. It does take batteries. Rechargeable is the way to go.

Holds a charge well, however, if you apply any pressure, it stops spinning. If you're buying this for the scrubber attachment, I suggest looking into something else, as the scrubber shuts it down even faster if pressure is applied. I like that it can get wet and be charged without plugging it in, but the stopping from pressure makes it a hassle.

This may be wonderful for people with really bad feet due to they may see a difference. I just have thick skinned heels and saw no difference after 6 uses. It is easy to use though and I liked the fact that it's rechargeable too. I would recommend people with bad scaly dry feet to give it a try.

Not that great

I just got it and noticed right away there was something wrong before I even opened the package. It was in a plastic bag not a box. The packaging was smashed. When I opened it parts started hitting my floor. None of it was even in English.

This is a great electric foot file USUALLY! I have had one before and it lasted a couple years. I purchased another one and I've had it for 6 months and it's making a loud noise and doesn't work anymore. I would your 40$ into one that will last longer!!
