[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my son who has a hard to fit head and we have a hard time finding comfortable to wear headphones. These are now the only headphones that he uses and he loves them. The docking station and wireless feature just make it that much easier for him. He has them connected to his computer. His only issue was that he would prefer them in red or yellow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying the battery life is great this headset lasts a long time. Connection was a breeze as well it connects to PlayStation 4 and 4 with ease, as well as laptops and desktops. The sound coming in and going out was extremely clear. I tried it out on the PlayStation as well as my laptop. Charge time is very quick as well. It's better than the more expensive brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these! I am an online ESL teacher. These headphones work great for online teaching. They are very comfortable. I tried another brand-name wireless BlueTooth headphone but they were not sufficient in volume. So far these work well. They are compatible with PC and Mac computers. While the Astro A50 headphones are made for the PS4, there is a switch that allows them to connect to a PC. Because they are made with gaming in mind the sound is superior. A drawback is that they are not Bluetooth- I want to connect them to everything! My phone, my TV. They are just so comfy. Secondly, while the charging base is super sleek, it is not compatible with any of my phone wall chargers. It can only be charged by connecting to the PC or the PS4. My son loves them. He has a PS5. "So sorry junior these are for mom!" Once again- these headphones are for Macs, PCs, laptops, or the PS4. They boost superior "movie theater" surround sound and are extremely comfortable. I can walk around my house and not lose my wireless connection. I very much like them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For PC setup, download and start up the software first then Plug the base station into a USB-2 port then let the device update the firmware. You may try a USB 3 port but I had no luck with that, in fact, I was never able to get it working at all on a USB-3 port.
The headset has a power switch which MUST be turned off in order to accept a charge but turning off the power does not disconnect the device. In order to disconnect the device from the PC you must unplug it from the usb port and then of course it will not charge. A disable switch, to totally disable the headset while still allowing it to charge would be a huge improvement.

For my use, a home PC for multiple uses, I found it to be more trouble than it's worth due to having to constantly change sound devices to suit my need at any given moment. 
You can set default devices in advanced settings in Windows but I found that to be hit or miss often automatically reverting back afterward. 
That said, the headset does have decent sound which is easily adjustable with well placed buttons on the headset and additionally through the software including customization with a 5 band equalizer.
I really loved the built-in mic, chat & game audio mixer and the ability to balance the game:voice volume. The headset is very comfortable but also a bit heavy which could be a problem for remaining in place during some VR game play. 

Bottom line, There is a lot I liked but I really wanted to love this headset and I dont, at least not for use on a multi-use PC. Again, a disable switch would make a big difference on this.
Would I recommend it ? Maybe, but only if you plan to use it on a dedicated use PC or a PS/4 etc..

the items battery is dying withen like 5 minutes the changing stand stopped working so i have to use a cord to chearge and thats is crazy because i only use it like twice a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thought was cheap. Felt and looked cheap. The fabric on ear muffs is soft but hot. My ears were sweating. Instructions are unclear and I had a hard time getting them to sync to my ps4. Packaging is a bit over the top. Box in a box in a box. The box is nice but overkill. Could be much smaller. Seems more money was put into packaging design than head phones. Sound is okay but I couldn't get my microphone to work. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Not real impressed with this set.

Not impressed

Didn't get the box for this headset and all I got was the headset and optical cable. Didn't give no charging cable r instructions for this. Wouldn't recommend anybody to get this headset from Walmart.

Seller sold me a very used headset and it wasn't marked as used.

The headset doesn't like the charge at all there's a little white box that jumps around and disconnects and then doesn't charge right and I had mine for a week that it.
