I thought Windows 11 was just gonna be another Windows 10 with a different skin, but I'm pleasantly surprised. The laptop itself works very well, and I like that it has biometric locking. Very quick to boot. Under 10 seconds to boot up.

Great laptop

Easy to use light weight and perfect for daily use

Perfect for my needs

I love it. Am still getting used to it.Takes up less space than my old PC.

Asus is good for seniors

It is a gift. But I have a similar one and am quite happy with it.

Laptop

I cannot set up my computer myself as i do not have cell service to receive text messages for codes so therefore have the extra expense of getting someone to set it up. If i could have them contact me by e-mail or land line phone i could do it myself.

Can't receive text messages

Computer is fine. My issue is with Microsoft. I don't want Edge as my default browser.

quit working fter 6 days. returned to store and purchased a competitors model

poor quality or maybe just a lemon laptop
