I looked past the fact the item took two month to arrive from China, which wasn't clear in the overview of the vacuum. Then I looked past the fact the instruction manual was written in gibberish and made little sense. Worked great for about two weeks before it started just spinning in a circle in an endless loop. Upon further inspection, I found one of the wheels had stopped spinning. The return was the most comical part. They threatened a return fee if they found it wasn't defective ... and tried to say it wasn't but "graciously" waived the fee and gave me a refund. I don't do this whole review thing, but save yourself some trouble and spend a few dollars more on a name brand robot vac.
