We took this to Ca for our daughters Christmas. Since we arrived we have had it on everyday. It has done a wonderful job, as she has a cocker spaniel and it has lots of hair. Today it went under her bed and cleaned the bedroom. So much more than we ever expected. The price was great and so far has been great. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share this review with others looking for an honest opinion.

I was kinda nervous to buy bc of other reviews but I am so glad I did. I love it. It picks up a lot of dirt and fur. I don't have any carpet but do have area rugs and it has no trouble cleaning the rugs. It does get stuck sometimes but not really a big deal. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has pets.

Oh how we love our new Bob!!!  I haven't had to sweep since he came.  Our remote didn't work but looked online and got Bobsweep number and gave them a call.  They said I should have a new remote soon.   He works without the remote so it's not a huge setback, but would be nice so we could tell him to go home when we're ready not when he's ready.  I recommend him to everyone!!!!

Bob Cranford is the Best!!!

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy. We have four dogs in our house plus we live in the desert. So are tracking in little rocks and dirt plus dog hair. Bob gets it all. I have not had to vacuum since I turned him on. Now I do have all tile floors and a couple of rugs made out of carpet which he has no problem with. I plan I buying one for my Mom as well. I love this guy. I do take care or him, I clean his brushes and wipe the dirt off of him. I do have to dump his bin every time he stops. The first time we used him we had to empty bin a lot but since daily cleaning has happen only when he stops. Do read the directions. Well worth the value!!

Best Bob ever

I did a lot of research prior to buying, and am very happy with the vaccuum. Easy to operate & maintain, it's great for "in between" vacuuming / daily runs.  Definitely gets a lot of dirt and dog hair picked up!  Works well on hard floors as well as carpet.

We have had Bob for a couple weeks. 
PROS: Very good on hard surfaces. Cleans short rugs in front of doors thoroughly. Keeps charge for a long time. 
CONS: Hard to clean Bob-infuriating to put some pieces back together. Sensors not always accurate-cannot figure out how to clean our multi-colored area rug (gets stuck on one color) and has tumbled down our stairs.
Verdict still out. Has yet to get through a cleaning without stopping. Not sure if this is normal. Our first robotic vacuum.

It is a nice sweeper and really picks up dog hair.  I have 3 hairy dog so I plenty of pet hair.  The manual is very large and I am not sure why it shuts off and runs backwards at times.  One again I need to read the manual as it seems to do the same place over and over.

Pet sweep

Well, we the verdict is still out... not really crazy about our Bob - yet. Seems to like cleaning the same spot over and over. I have tried the home checkup, which he passes as well as contacting support. He also has a real hard time finding his charging station (even moved it to the hallway - now a clear shot). Also turns on randomly when he is programmed to go at 1100pm at night. Turns on, starts cleaning and then it's like he realizes he messed up will turn off his motor and tries to return home.
Giving it another week...

Our Bob is special

The vacuum is loud for starters I have been around iRobot and Eufy and neither are as noisy as this vacuum. It struggles to cross small thresholds and the sensors do not appear to work very well as it runs into everything. The modes don't appear to change its cleaning pattern; I set it for wall follow and if still focused on the center of the room. 

The vacuum suction does appear to work well as the catch bin is always full.

Would not buy!!

It keeps showing an error message. It cannot clean rugs, it gets stucks in it.
It cannot find its station, it would circle around in the apartments for hours and ... still not find it. We're highly disappointed and sending it back. Hopefully they'll refund in full. I'll update this review if they don't. Stay tuned!
