I love my gazebo. It fit perfectly in the space I had. It has been a perfect place for my whole family to gather for BBQ. I had electric outlets installed and a light put in. So we are using it day and night. It looks beautiful and I have had so many compliments on it. Thank you so much. And the guys who put it together for me, said it was pretty easy to follow the Directions. And it is made very sturdy. It will last a very long time. Thank you so much!

Love the look but it does take more than 9 hours to build. We painted ours because brown doesn't match the house.

Great little gazebo!  Easy to put together and looks very professional when it's done.  One caveat - it says two people can put up the roof panels, but to do it safely and more easily I recommend 3-4.  Have yet to see how this gazebo will deal with a Pacific NW winter, but I'm optimistic.  Much better than our old tent-style gazebo.  Here's to all-year patio enjoyment!

Really nice

Very happy with our new gazebo.  The directions were pretty clear but more clear when you use the app so you can see exactly how to orient pieces.  Putting on the roof was a bit tricky for us being in our late 50's but with our boys helping it was a great family effort to put it all together in a couple of days.

Gazebo looks wonderful, is very solid and went together quite well. The roof panels were the most difficult due to some warpage of the boards and trying to insure it was square. Some engineering improvements could be made to the miter type joint in the H1, H3 roof rafter and H2, H4 fascia to help this. The structure is pretty solid once it is all bolted together but each panel by itself is pretty flimsy at these joints so handling it is difficult especially if doing most of the work by yourself.

Wonderful in Wisconsin

I was quite impressed with this gazebo. I've built other similar ones in the past and this one surpassed them all. One big thing that stood out was the barrel nuts, they're amazing. Way better than the mounted nuts a lot of others use. Very sturdy and the roof framing is very impressive.

Outstanding and solidly engineered gazebo kit. The printed instructions and the BILT video instructions complimented each other and cleared up any areas of confusion. We referred to both frequently. Recommend 3 strong adults to handle the roof panels. Two 10-foot extension ladders and one step ladder made the work easier. Extra Torx T-40 screwdrivers and bits were also helpful. Very satisfying project!

Arlington 12x10' Gazebo

Nice Gazebo,put together mostly myself except I had to get help of two of my brothers to put the roof on a three man job.

Pros: Overall Satisfied with the look and quality. Recommend reading the instructions and follow them. I put together approx. 97% of it myself. Needed help putting on the roof frame and aligning it and holding one end up to attach sides. Took me approx. 2-3 weeks, with no rush. I read and re-read the instructions along with videos online if I wasn't positive about the step(s). Expect to be enjoying it for years to come. 

Cons: Because I did this myself the instruction wanted you to put on the metal roof with the frame as an assembly. This wasn't an option for me. Would of like to have seen other option to instill metal roof, after frame was up. Would also like to have samples of the stain used, scratches easy, looking for touch up stain.

This gazebo is super hard to install for most.. To many decorative pieces that aren't well planned out. It does not assemble together easy. The roof is super heavy, the instructions are horrible. I wouldn't recommend this gazebo to anyone. The ridge cap is a pain in butt to put together, the plastic you have to remove just stripes in little pieces.
Even if you know how to use tools and are pretty handy, this will challenge you, your patience and so more...

Highly not Recommended. I suggest they figure out how to make it an easier install for home owners or the handyman...
