We bought the 16ft x 12ft pergola. It arrived as scheduled and assembly seemed relatively straightforward. Two of my neighbours are in the building trade and they put it together in about six hours. Finished pergola looks wonderful, very stylish and solid.

Relatively easy build IF you read the instructions! Everything you need is provided. There’s even extra hardware. Just read the instructions including the site preparation instructions thoroughly. They provide an app as well but that isn’t as helpful as having the manual. There was one piece of the kit that was split and they quickly provided a replacement piece. We also took the opportunity to add a coat of stain before we assembled it. It’s very pretty!

Easy build—just follow the instructions!

Gorgeous good quality pergola that has elevated the look of our entire backyard. It took two people to do most of the setting up but we needed 4 people at one point to help get the structure up and secured. Clear instructions and well built!

Love it

The pergola is beautiful. The pergola arrived in four boxes. Nothing was damaged, no parts were missing. The setup instructions were easy to follow, Sine the pergola is made from cedar the individual parts are not overly heavy. My wife and I set this up in a day. We couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pergola.

We bought this pergola from Backyard Discovery and purchased the assembly package with it.  We love it and it was worth every penny to have it put together for us. What took them two hours to put tougher would have taken us days! The guys that did the work were very professional and polite. We even had them come back and put the polycarbonate to on it. Now it's out backyard Oasis!

We looked at many different pergolas before deciding to go with this. It is absolutely perfect for our back yard. It is sturdy, and I have no doubt that it will be able to withstand all the weather elements. We did stain it before we put it together as was suggested. Family and friends have asked where they can buy one too! Shipping and delivery was easy, the delivery company that delivered the boxes were very nice and made sure it was away from the road.

We bought the 16x12 Beaumont Pergola for our back patio area and we are so pleased with the ease of construction and the quality of the lumber and hardware used to construct it. Our order was delivered ahead of the estimated time and the staff delivering it were very accommodating and professional.  The pergola is built of super sturdy, heavy materials and will be going no where for a very, very long time. It's perfectly beautiful and adds so much charm and character to our backyard.  We now have a cozy place to entertain and just relax. We've recommended this product to many of our friends and family already! I promise you won't be disappointed if you purchase this product for yourself.

Solidly Constructed - SO IMPRESSED!

Delivery was quick and as stated . Set up for assembly was easy and they were able to accommodate us and getting it done before a party we were having . Very happy with services provided and looks great in our backyard.

We ordered the 16x12 and it arrived on time in several boxes. My husband put it together over a weekend. I will say that it’s a bit weird that the main posts are hollow and some of the pieces don’t seem to fit well together, almost looks like it’s a bit uneven in places but only if you have a critical eye like me. I’d say overall it has made a huge improvement to the look of our backyard. On it’s own, it does not provide nearly as much shade as I had hoped and we had to buy a separate cover to put on top. Again, for the price point, it was a great purchase.

We really like it and my husband was able to put it together by himself. One thing we were disappointed in was that the 6x6 corner posts were not solid. Not sure if we missed that in the description. But, it looks beautiful and we’ve already had numerous compliments on how great it looks.
