Great bbq and pizza oven. Like others have previously stated, it is very hard to put together. Instructions are very unclear and it took my husband hours but once it was put together, it's great!

Cooks evenly on grilling section. Pizza oven worked great as pizza ready in about 3-4 minutes and tasted like an oven baked restaurant pizza

Gorgeous BBQ . Perfect size for me, heats up so quick , all the fasteners are hidden so it make a very clean look and finish . Only thing I can say is the instructions were worse then Ikea . Not a single part was labeled . Your just going off a picture and comparing . Finding a single bracket in one of the 15 boxs was very annoying but that's the only bad thing I can say so far about this BBQ

Nice machine, we can finally saute our veggies and grill the meat. It was straight forward putting together requiring only a few hours !!! It is very heavy 140 pounds. It has locked in position rear wheels making a little harder to move around compared to the ones with 4 casters.

Heat wise, I would have liked to see a little more, it takes a while to bring the pizza box to temperature. The plancha heats up fast and works well. For a couple this little guy uses the same balcony space as the big ones but is is so versatile

The instructions had numbers and letters to identify the parts but nothing on the parts themselves which made it confusing. One screw missing. The packaging did not make sense. Had to unpack everything to find all parts. For example the wheals in three separate boxes. Now that it is built so far love the product. Have only used the BBQ and griddle trying the pizza oven tonight.

Assembly difficult due to poor packaging.

I absolutely love this BBQ. My 1 and only complaint is with the instructions provided to put it together. They are horrendous.

Great BBQ, Terrible manual.

I got this on sale and I'm very happy with it.  Assembly was pretty easy, just needed a second hand to lift the main part on top.
Griddle works great even for eggs (follow their seasoning instructions).......pizza oven worked great......just wish their was a more protected area to store the pizza oven and/or griddle....but I guess I could buy the cover!  lol

Great product!

If you buy this BBQ, immediately check the left side for missing screw inserts. We got about 75% through assembly only to discover the necessary threading was absent.
The quality control on this unit is poor. Rather than dealing with Bakerstone's lacking support and their lengthy warranty process, my recommendation is simple: return the defective product immediately.
