When you need an old, sharp cheddar for cooking, I find this is a much better choice than the typically available block cheeses and other cheddars at conventional food stores. It's got a great texture, melts well and adds the right amount of flavor. Good, slightly premium alternative than making an additional shop at a specialty store when you need an old cheddar.

Good elevated cheese choice

Caddle

It is great tasing Cheddar. Best if sliced thinly with a cheese slicer and placed on a slice of hot toast. Then, wait 30 seconds for the Cheddar to warm slightly. Only then take bite and taste this great tasting cheddar. The aroma from the cheddar will want you to have a second toast with this great Cheddar.

Great tasting Cheddar

No charcuterie board is complete without this balderson cheddar. You can really taste the difference with this cheese. Much better quality than the cheaper cheddars. I wish it went on sale more.

My favourite cheddar!

Love Balderson cheeses and this cheddar doesnt disappoint. Its my favourite cheese and reminds me of home. I love to serve it as part of a festive cheese board.

A quality old Cheddar

I always buy Balderson cheese as it is in my opinion the best! It has a creamy rich flavor which I don't find in other cheeses. Very good value especially when purchased at Costco.

I trust the ingredients in Balderson cheese. I also love how it's white cheese and more natural. Tastes good either on sandwiches or mixes well in cooked dishes.

I love an old sharp cheddar cheese, especially the white ones. Balderson is very creamy and almost melts in your mouth. Anytime I can afford the extra splurge on the price I always try to pick this up.

I love an old cheddar

So good and flavourful, worth the price! It can be crumbly so you have to cut thicker slices of it but that's ok, it is perfect for charcuterie boards

The best cheese!

Balderson is a very trusted brand and I love their cheese. This time I bought their white cheddar cheese. It has a rich and sharp flavour due to aging. I like to pair it with with soup and egg preparation. Will recommend for everyone to try once.

Cheddar Cheese

I live this cheese as a snack with crackers. But it's best for my Mac and cheese. It melts just how I like it and it tastes great.  The price is also affordable.

Cheezy Cheese

As a lover of old cheeses, I just don't know what happened to Balderson. This old cheese seems overly greasy and soft and not at all what you expect from an old cheese. Would love to see more dry crumbly old cheese from Balderson.
