I'm not really a big fan of cheese but once I got introduced to this truffle cheddar I just go crazy. The truffle taste is not overpowering but yet it's a delight to be added to cheese, especially for truffle lover like me. And it's super affordable. Highly recommend!!

Caddle

This cheese is so good. Always include it in a charcouterie tray (or cheese and crackers plate as we would have called it in the 90s). Nutty, balanced truffle flavour.

This product is very soft, like cream cheese and delicious. You can used it every occasion and it will never be boring. I recommend this product to everyone

Excellent product and taste fine

the Balderson truffle cheddar is great quality cheese and an excellent taste, I always pick some up around the holidays for a treat when it's available at Costco

Balderson is my go to brand for entertaining. The Truffle is definitely a fan favorite!  
Great flavour! Perfect on sandwiches, crackers or just by itself. Bold flavour yet mild.

Great cheese!!

This cheese is dangerous. It's so delicious. Perfect on its own, for a cheese board or grated over pasta. I even made a grilled cheese with it and it was delicious. I buy this often and just love it.

Literally the best

I purchased Balderson Truffle Cheddar cheese to make Mac and cheese with and fell in love with this cheese. It is now on of my favourite cheeses and I absolutely love making Mac and cheese and with it.

Balderson Truffle Cheddar

I love this Balderson truffle cheese. I make charcuterie boards all the time and I love to add a variety. This is so yummy with some salty crackers and sweet jam.

So yummy!!

I like this cheese as I buy it every year around Christmas I do think the texture of the cheese part is different than the original which isn't a bad thing just something to keep note of the truffle part is great and it's very good melted in grilled cheese or macaroni

Truffle Balderson cheese please

It's alright in taste, but once opened think it needs to be consumed immediately. A bit pretentious trying to be upmarket cheese with the “truffle” but really isn't. Potent taste though and smell from the truffles for sure.

This may have bit or real truffle - but it tasted terrible tainted of the fake truffle oil flavours.
