I find that if I don't use them on the delivery day or the day after, the sprouts lose moisture and look unpalatable.  Buyers should note that the package instructions say they must be washed before use.

Best when absolutely fresh

Quite often Walmart produce is terrible and often moldy and I was pleasantly surprised when I received these bean sprouts how fresh they were. However it’s such a big bag that I could never use it all, I took my chances and froze some knowing they wouldn’t be quite the same. I like adding them to fried rice for added nutrition and I like to taste. The photo gave me the impression that I would be buying just a small amount in bulk which was not the case. I hesitate to recommend these because Walmart doesn’t allow you to change your reviews, I remember in one of my very first orders I bought raspberries and strawberries and they were just so beautiful but after that they were terrible and just recently they’ve gotten a bit better. But the good thing is that you can get a refund if they are bad and the problem with that is you’re stuck with nothing until the next time you order.

I wish the bag was smaller.

Some spoilage in the package, had to throw out some

Not too fresh

The quality is not very good, I keep it in refrigo only 3 days, all spouts changed color (like it pass in hot water).  The expiration date marked on the package is 4  days later

Poor quality

I have ordered these a lot, hoping to get a good bag. I have never had a bag that was not full of water, and the sprouts are limp. I guess I have to stop giving them a shot when I do online orders.

Super watery and limp everytime

The sprouted beans were not fresh. There was a strong smell and it was no longer good. I threw them right into the trash.

Not fresh

After 2 days in fridge they turn out bad, bag inflated and they look bad. Expiration is in 4 days.

Not good quality

They give me a very soggy and watery from the bag bean sprout .
