I picked up my curbside order this morning and cooked the steak as soon as i got the rerst of the order put away. It was a great steak, a little over 2/3rds of a kg and about an inch thick. The fat content was about the same as the picture, and i cut some of it out to grease the pan.  Due to being so thick, i allowed 6 minutes on the first side, flipped it and just a couple of minutes more.  It was very tender and juicy.  I dont usually spend that much on a steak but the thickness  increased the weight, as well as it totally filled the frying pan. Next time i will freeze half.
