I have three kids.  I always have the Be Koool gel at home for fever relief.  At these difficult time, I ordered ever more in case anyone get fever.

Good product

This product is great for fever and migraines. Simple to use, just peel off backing and apply. No more holding washcloths and re-wetting then with cold water, this  stays cold for up to 8 hours. You can focus on feeling better.

Cool Down Quick

These really help cooling off sick babies and adults at that. We will always use these and i'll keep them in my bag for upcoming hot days at the ballpark to put on the back of my kids necks.

Great product

Bought these, based on the reviews, to have on hand when the grandchildren come down with a fever.  Was glad to find them online as I was unable to find them in the store.

One of my biggest frustrations when my kids have fevers, besides the fact that they have fevers in the first place, is that keeping any sort of an ice pack on their foreheads, whether while they're awake or asleep, is keeping them in place! These Kool Packs are awesome because they not only stick to their foreheads with a soft & painless "slime"- like gel, but they stay cool for up to 8 hrs.! Love them!

Love the sticky side that doesn't hurt when peeled

We have literally been using these patches for over 18 years. A nurse friend of ours told us about them when our son was first born. We use them for our entire family. They are wonderful for headaches, migraines, fevers or when you just feel achy all over due to an illness, etc. Using these patches really helps you start to feel better and actually cools you when a high fever is present. We have a medicine cabinet full of them just in case we ever need them that is how much we like this product. We highly recommend them. They are less messy than a wet rag or ice pack, etc. The only downside is that we have never had them last for eight hours. That would be really nice! They last more like a few hours, but even so they provide such relief it is worth those few hours that it helps.

Amazing!

Due to stomach issues, I am unable to take NSAIDS. So when I get headaches, I have been using these cool pads and they are a lifesaver! It's a really great, non-invasive solution for headaches and Walmart hands-down, beats all others price wise (including Amazon)!
