Pros:
-Perfectly fit our needs for our space, was the perfect width, height, and depth.
-Not too expensive.
-Arrived when expected.

Cons:
-Not sure if shipping mishap or what but there were a lot of scuffed edges, a very mildly damaged finish on one surface, and the box was full of sawdust and cardboard dust. Per our tracking information, it arrived at one location "with an illegible barcode"
-Some of the holes where the "assembly bolts" as they're called go were drilled very slightly too large. That or the size of the assemble bolts were inconsistent. In either case, there's a few places where the assemble bolts aren't really fastened to the furniture all that well and we worried whether this thing is going to survive should we ever move it anywhere else.
-There was a missing part, and the place where the part is supposed to attach didn't have the hole drilled. Whatever, we can drill our own hole, so now we're doing a trial of this company's customer service, see how easy and quick we get the replacement part. I can update my pros if customer service interactions go well based on how that goes.
-I've put together many furniture flatpacks, so I'm no stranger to them, yet I struggled following the instructions on a couple of steps. The pieces are not perfectly symmetrical, i.e. the holes are closer to one side than the other. BUT, only by half an inch, and the instructions don't make clear what's what. Had to trial and error to get through a few steps.
-Overall, we feel like we paid an above average price for something of below average quality. For its price and how simple it is, I'm surprised it has so many issues.

I bought a retractable bed, I noticed that the quality was present in all aspects (finishing, packaging, instruction etc.) I am well placed to judge because I am responsible for Quality in a manufacturing company after assembly I ordered on the internet a base of TV, shelf, table and other I am proud of Bestar:hearts:
