I purchased the entire set of VHD i purchased the entire set of better homes and Garden “lillian” The dresser and the desk as well. All items were very easy to assemble. The nightstand took about an hour to put together directions are very clear, but you have to make sure you're paying attention or you can flip things around and have to redo it. The paint finish is a little bit spotty. That's really my only complaint. It's not finished well paint wise, but maybe that's just the look they're going for the drawers are soft clothes and they're huge so you could fit a lot of extra storage in there. This entire bedroom set was bought for my daughter's first college apartment and it's actually really nice. It's probably too nice for a college student. I put it all together myself as I stayed with her for the first week that she was in her apartment. I was a really great deal and I feel like she'd be able to keep this bedroom set for a long, long time. The dresser and the desk as well. All items were very easy to assemble. I absolutely love this nightstand set. Mostly easy assembly but I can see how it may be easy to make mistakes during assembly. However, the design is stunning. The quality and durability is exceptional for the price point. The drawers are deep and spacious. Beware during the assembly, the drawers may feel resistant to sliding in place. However, keep sliding in place and once the drawers is completely flush closed, it should be a smooth open and close from there. All in all…I'm in love with this set and highly recommend!

I've purchased every item in this set without prior knowledge of how to put furniture together. Material is great, drawers are fantastic. I recommend purchasing extra wood glue in advance.

Beautiful and elegant in person

The nightstand is sturdy and well made.  It is as described. I ordered the white color.  The two drawers are deep/large. The gold handles with the fluted style is very nice.  It fits perfectly by the bed.  The dimensions are actual. It took about two hours and so (2hrs) to assemble (single person). I am satisfied with the purchase; however, 1) the assembly tools -did not- come with the item/box as I am normally accustomed to see when I order furniture. 2) the back panel holes are not aligned to the back of the frame of the nightstand; therefore, I had to improvise and make holes on the side of the back frame to close the back.  Overall, I recommend this drawer it is elegant, it has an outlet, it has anti-scratch feet at the bottom, the drawers came with the sliders already attached to them that is a big plus  and it appears to be long lasting.

Finally finished building it. I am very satisfied with the end product. The packaging was great no damage to parts. The instructions and tools were excellent and it was easy to assemble everything was labeled. Very sturdy and great size drawers with soft close hardware. The handles give it a very nice look. The only two things I did not like was the outlet that is attached to the back, it's bulky and when plugged in makes a large gap and can't be snug to the wall. The other thing I didn't like was the top has a small gap to the drawer but thankfully can't be seen from the top. Overall for the sale price the purchase was worth it and fits my needs. Definitely recommend.

Good product and easy to assemble

Perfect size for a travel companion. Satisfying squishiness  while still providing more substance than other nee-dohs. „Cool“ design makes it appropriate for teens and even adults to get rid of nervous energy. Fits perfectly into my 13 year old‘s hand. Great buy!

No 1 Nee-doh

Shame on people who claim this is easy to put together. It is extremely difficult to put together. There are dozens and dozens and dozens of parts, and you need a flat head and a Phillips screwdriver, a stud finder, a tape measure, a power drill, a rubber mallet and 1/8 inch drill bit l, most of which I do not own. and now there's no way for me to package the stuff back up because it is scattered all over my family room.

REQUIRES A DRILL. NOT EASY TO ASSEMBLE.

Parts are not build right when assembled trying to put the top on. The  company didn't build it correctly to fit. Dealing now with contacting the factory for support!

Parts don't come correct

One of the drawers won't close and the back panel piece doesn't align with the holes or unit itself - resulting in a poorly put together piece of furniture. Would like to return but looks like I'd have to disassemble and take back to store. Also can't put the unit flat against a wall if you're using the usb or charging options in the back. Don't buy!!!!
