This gel has been great for easing muscle soreness after workouts. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue. The cooling sensation kicks in fast and really helps take the edge off aches and stiffness.

I also like that the tube is a good size and small enough to toss in a gym bag, but it lasts for quite a while since only a little is needed each time. The scent is noticeable at first but fades fairly quickly.

Overall, it's an effective and convenient option for temporary pain relief that I'll keep on hand.

Effective Cooling Relief

I have suffered pain from shoulder injuries and hip pain for years. I have tried so many rubs, creams , pills and injections.  Finally something that gives me some relief to give me a good nights sleep.  My chiropractor uses it on me every visit and now I buy it on my own, thank goodness for Biofreeze.

Fast Acting Gel

I recently got another tube of Biofreeze Gel because my muscles were feeling pretty stiff and achy after doing some yard work. I love applying the gel to my lower back and legs at night, and it makes such a difference! In the morning, I wake up feeling way less stiff. Just a quick reminder for everyone—definitely wash your hands after using it! I once accidentally touched my face and ended up with icy cheeks, which was an interesting surprise! The only downside is the size of the container and the price, but overall, I'd totally recommend this product. Just keep an eye out for a sale!

The Biofreeze roll on gel comes in a small tube less than six inches and fits well in even small hands.  This compact size makes it easy to apply even to one's lower back.  

The actual gel is cool to the touch and did provide some pain relief pretty quickly

It was a problem I had been having with my leg, and I bought biofreeze. It was ok, it was not what I expected for the price. I thought it would be fantastic. But it was the same as the other rubs. I was not impressed.

I have arthritis in my knee and was hoping for some pain relief. It didnt work. It may be good for other pain relief so I will give it a try for that.
