We paid a lot for it, but we have a large space to cover and needed one that could handle that without buying multiple humidifiers. We experienced immediate improvements and highly recommend this model. We are now in the market for a second one for another area of the house and would buy a second one at a good price, as we paid more then the price listed on this site when purchased instore about a month ago. Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away from this product. I bought this product 2 months ago, and now I am having major gasket problems. The Gasket keeps getting loose and causing major flooding problems. It cannot hold water at all. Total garbage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks nice but Leaks & hard to fill Both this 2 months ago. Humidifies well. Claims easy fill, it is need 3 hands. Do not leave water in unit when it is turned off for a couple of days. You will find water all over the floor on you return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken wick / filter reader I was hopeful when I bought this from Walmart, as the box did look like it was a recently returned item. When I brought it home, unpacked it and read the instruction manual (not a very helpful design itself) I noticed that the filter meter thingy on the very top of the humidifier was "in the red". I followed all the suggested steps that the manual had - run the humidifier for at least 30 minutes before reading the filter meter. After 3 hours, it was still the same, so I shut it off and waited to try again this morning. There was no change; the indicator was still in the red - suggesting that a new filter is required. I called the customer support number provided in the manual and the support person, upon reading the same manual that I had said that it seems like it is broken - for me to just return the product and buy it again. This experience has left a bad impression on me for Bionaire and Walmart. I will not buy this again. I will not recommend it. I will look elsewhere for a humidifier and do due diligence to find a quality product and a quality store to buy it from.
