[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is small, compact and perfect for easily moving around the house. I love the handle to be able to move up the stairs with you. The suction is great on this vacuum as well. The only downfall is that the reach isn't super long and it isn't transferable to carpet.

I would definitely buy this again!

Works great! Powerful suction. My old vacuum died in November so I needed something immediately to do me over and this Zing canister vacuum is perfect for my area rugs & carpets! The handle tends to come loose and detaches from the extension but it works pretty well if you force it back in. I'm very satisfied with something that costs at a reasonable low price!

SATISFIED WITH SUCH A LOW PRICED & TINY CANISTER

Got this as a gift--- she LOVES it. I had gotten her one last year, and recently a friend dropped it from a ladder. She was sad cuz it was broken in the fall. Sooooo.....I got her another one and now she is HAPPY. She really loves the ease of use with the ZING

THUMBS UP ON THIS VACUUM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new vacuum. It works well on carpet and better on hardwood floors. I had another Bissell before (Zing) and it works great, but I need it a more powerful one because I got a Labrador retriever. I was hesitant to get this new vacuum after reading the reviews online. Some people said the hose was too fragile and it kept coming off, others didn't even know they could wash the filter. The reality is that I found the house in this vacuum to be more sturdy than my older vacuum. It sucks everything. No pet's hairs left. I love it!!!

Great powerful little vacuum for a great price!!!

I needed something that was easy to use and had good suction. This fit the bill. Only one problem. The curve in the wand seems to grab the fine kitty fuz and caused a major suction problem. It took my husband I together to get the clog out as it was not easy to get to. I know it was a lot to ask from a vacuum on a first use, but I needed to clean up the "build up" of kitty lint I love the ease of emptying the dust canister and cleaning the filter - awesome. Now that I have a good vacuum, I will be cleaning every other day so should not have a problem with clogs any more!

Love it, only one minor problem

This is our second Zing. We had the first one for two years. It is not my main go to vacuum so it is only used part time. It just stopped working one day while using it. My handy husband couldn't fix it so I really don't know what happened to it. Why did I buy another one after only two years? I love the convenience of it since it's light weight. cord retraction, easy to clean out and price.

This is a very easy unit to handle especially for an older person with some disabilities. Also it's compact to a point where you can put it almost anywhere and it's not gonna be in the way. Thank you for selling this product and I hope I have many good years with it.

Although the vacuum is light-weight and has a great sucking mechanisim, the vacuum itself just seems cheaply made. The wheel already came off and I've only had it for about 4 weeks. I like the concept of the bagless vacuum and seeing the trash being sucked up is encouraging, however I can't understand why when I vacuum the wheel comes off.

Cheaply made

Plastic is very cheap, light. You put and weight on the wand, it cone soart or feel like its going to grew. The machine I nice snd light its the attachments very light plastic. Can easily break when you push to vacuum the rug..... Needs to be stringer I heavier plastic

It did not satisfy my expectations. Firstly, it has a very short cord, I always plug in another socket. Secondly, it is not good in carpets, it is not powerful enough to get all dust. Thirty, the suction pipe and the brush part is really weak if use a little power it can be broken easily. I chose this product because I want to use a canister vacuum, I thought that it is light weight and easily handled. but I'm disappointed.
