After my other sweeper started parts breaking down I knew it was time for a replacement.  So of course my first choice was to shop at Walmart online.  It was a very smart decision.  Because I would have had to pay one of my friends for their gasoline for the trip out to the store I figured the best option would be to pay the shipping cost and have the product shipped directly to my apartment.  This worked out just fine as the shipping cost was the same amount I would have reimbursed a friend for their vehicle.  This was very simply also because the item was delivered to my apartment by the mail carrier bringing the carton into the apartment.  That way I didn't have to lug it from the store to the car then upstairs to my apartment.  I am very happy with this sweeper.  It works well, empties very easily, was reasonably priced, too.  This sweeper is the same model as my old one but this machine works much better, cleaning better and having no bags to replace is also a plus.  Thanks for all your help putting the parts together having opening the box.  It's really great!!  I would recommend this sweeper to anyone who wants efficiency and also a very reasonable price.  At other stores the prices are too high.  This machine is great, I'm very glad I bought it.  Thanks for all your help.

This  machine was affordable and  really get the job done it's worth the buy and I am glad I got it and the suction on the vacuum pull up the dirt and their is two picture of my rug after its been vacuum and look at all that dirt it pulled up after the first time and look how clean it really work

Wonderful powerful vacuum

The reviews lead me to this purchase and I 100% back them up. This vacuum is much smaller than I expected, but packs a serious punch! I can't believe something so lightweight and compact does such a great job. Picks up tiny pieces of cat litter, dust, dirt, hair, etc. I also love how the handle comes off and turns into a great extended cleaning tool. Two thumbs up, great job Bissell.

Packs a powerful punch!

I have one of these awesome vacuums and I just bought one for my mother's 90th birthday. This is the very best vacuum for the price. It's super powerful. It's extremely lightweight and easy to maneuver. The handle lays down so you can get beneath low furniture. The detachable tools work great. It's easy to empty the dirt cup and the top of the dirt cup opens too so it can be cleaned out from both directions. The dust filter is washable. Just remember to let it dry completely before using the vacuum again. My mother commented that it was much quieter then her old vacuum and she loves it. Great tool, great price.

Best Small Vacuum

I needed a vacuum  cleaner for my bedroom and  man does this vac do the job, it's small but it has a lot of power and got a lot of dust and dirt off my carpet in seconds, easy to clean and small enough to store in small spaces. The only bad thing I would say is the length of the hose, even with the extender  the hose is still too small to reach something like your ceiling fan. 
But overall I love my purchase!!!

Small but packs power!!!

I am very surprised at how well this little vacuum works. I needed a cheap vacuum to tidy my home after having movers pack up my house and this compact Bissel did the trick and then some. It pulled an embarrassing amount of dust and dirt out of our wall to wall carpets, which had been getting done with our well-maintained Shark vacuum for several years. I am now using the Bissel in my new residence and the first time I went over the carpets it did the same thing as it did in the other house. Tons of dirt and carpet fuzz came up and I emptied the vacuum three or four times before my two-bedroom apartment was finished. I've since washed out the foam filter, which was easy, as it was becoming caked with dirt from the carpets, and the vac is running strong. I also like that it is very lightweight and if you remove the handle it can vacuum carpeted stairs like no other vacuum I've seen. I've already recommended this vacuum to my mother, as she keeps a very tidy house but doesn't appreciate heavy vacuum cleaners. Overall a surprisingly powerful and effective machine.

Excellent Economy Vacuum

So Far So Great!  Suction is awesome.....my only complaint is the wire is cumbersome and to get it recoiled in place takes a few tries.  Not a deal breaker at this price and function.  Much better than dirt devil and more expensive Macy broom stick disasters.

Best Vacuum In Price Range

Easy to put together, bought it on a whim to finish cleaning my daughter's dorm room on move out day. Worked perfect! Light weight, will be very handy for her to use next fall.

perfect for college

This machine is horrible. It sucks up the dirt and then spreads it around. I checked all the connections, and I can't see any reason other than it is a bad design. I vacuumed really slowly to see if that makes a difference, but it does not. The floor was covered with the same particles in other places instead of where the vacuum had been, so it just spreads it instead of cleaning it. It is especially bad for wood floors. Waste of your time and money.

Horrible machine

I bought this vacuum, and even though I knew it was compact, it was smaller than expected. I'm 5'3 and for me it's ok, however I had a friend helping me move and in order to use it being 5'9, she had to bend over to reach the handle. The other problem is the hose is extremely short. If you want to reach the cobwebs up by the ceiling you have to pick up the vacuum and it is still stretching. The hose constantly pops off even when you pick it up because the hose might be 12" without the handle attached. I liked the price it was sold at, but being compact leaves a lot to be desired.
