[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my PowerFresh Sanitizing steam mop. I use it for a large variety of tasks. I have used my steamer to clean my window seals, showers, oven, floor, stairs, and almost anything that can use a good steaming. I have dogs that occassionally slobber and will get caked on their floor mats and the scrubbing steam mop helps me make easy work of cleaning up after my pets. I love my steam mop and will always have one for my home.

Cleans caked on hard to scrub messes.

Steamed my kitchen floor immediately and was so pleased with the result. Excited to use it all over my house.

Works really well

Easy to use amd set up. Works great for cleaning floor grout, kitchen appliances, and the stove and oven.

Great tool

Easy to fill with distilled water. Floors seem to clean up easily. Nice long cord. 
I'm 5'1” it is a little awkward for me with the steamers weight on top.  I'm use to steamers with more balance. If you are doing several floors your hand tires from the need to keep the trigger held down for the on position. I switch hands.  I have not tried the portable steam feature.

Just purchased last month

Overall, I found the power fresh to be effective. I had hoped that the steam would be a little bit stronger than it is, but overall it's done a good job.

I've always wet mopped my floors and thought a steam cleaner would get them cleaner based on what I read. I was very disappointed. The tool went together easily enough and was simple to operate. It hardly seemed to dampen the floors and the steam wasn't that much. I have matte tiled floors and the steam cleaner just didn't get them clean no matter how many times I passed the mop over. I found it annoying that I had to keep the steam button pressed to get steam. Even with a 25 foot cord it was still a chore replugging it in around my large open space. I returned the cleaner as it just didn't achieve what I wanted.

Disappointed with floors not cleaned

Why is the trigger so small? I swear I've gotten a blister from trying to keep the trigger pressed while cleaning my floors. The trigger should be like the crosswave's trigger. I like the steamer but the trigger makes it really hard to use for a long period of time.

Tiny trigger

I had high expectations because all my other Bissell products are amazing but the power of the steamer is weak. I expected more since it has expected. It cleans well which I love and I love the pause button. I don't regret my purchase. Overall I like the steamer just not its cleaning power.

Disappointed

The reservoir could be bigger. Mopped a small area and had to refill a couple times. Tried it on furniture and found no difference. Tried it on carpet pet soiled spots, used black light a few days later. Spots still visible.
