I bought this a couple weeks ago and love it.  So convenient, quick and easy to set up.

Practical

Easy and powerfull

Filter got clogged to often. Cup wouldn't even fill up since all debris stuck to intake. Unlike the shark that has metal intake and flange below stopping clogging of filter. The power head wasn't powerful like the shark .it's more weight and clumsy in handling. I wouldn't recommend.

I returned and got the shark rocket

Bought this vacuum thinking it would be a lightweight option to my regular vacuum...no such luck. It will drop everything back into the floor the minute you shut it off. I lost the receipt so I can return it so now it's a dust collector of a different type.

I've only had this vacuum for about two months. It worked great in the beginning, but then it started to get really hot. It seems like you have to change or clean the filter every day in order to maintain suction. It looks practical on the outside, but the amount of maintenance involved to ensure quality section is a big turnoff. I only vacuum two rooms and a hallway that are medium size. I am very disappointed at the quality of this product. They need to do something to fix it.

***********DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!**************** I was giving this has a housewarming gift. I was very excited about it. I have hardwood floors & area rugs & I thought this would be ideal. This is a piece of junk! It doesn't pick up. The suction is minimal almost none. If I could take it back, I would!

Housewarming gift

Bought it ~3 months ago...the hose that connects the foot to the vac is broken. I'm guessing its because when you lift the vacuum up the foot flops down. Side note...doesn't do well even on a low pile carpet. Can't find my receipt so I guess I'll trash it. Would NOT RECOMMEND buying this product.

Disappointing purchase

This vacuum performs so poorly, it's hard to believe it's a Bissell. I purchased this specifically to vacuum an upstairs bedroom (vinyl flooring), hall, and loft (carpeted), thinking that having a second vacuum to do light duty upstairs would prevent having to lug a heavy machine up and down stairs all the time. Unfortunately, there is minimal suction and any TINY debris other than dust, won't get vacuumed! The suction is so bad, I honestly thought I'd vacuumed up something and created a clog. Nope. I'm seriously disappointed and frustrated, and if I still had the receipt, I'd return it.

Doesn't meet expectations

I bought this unit for my 31' camper as I have had good luck with a Dirt Devil rechargeable, but since a charge can only last so long, and it didn't have attachments I wanted to upgrade. I am terribly disappointed. As another reviewer said, it is top heavy and if you are trying to use it as a handheld, very awkward. When you first start with clean filters it picks up quite well, but forget about things the size and weight of cat litter! IF it picks it up, it will dump it right back onto the floor as soon as you turn it off. It needs emptied about 4 times for me to do my camper which is a pain because you have to carry it over to the garbage over and over. Disconnecting it to use the tools is not easy, and I'm not old/arthritic/disabled...with it being so top heavy you have to hold the weight of it, while pushing a button, AND straining to pull it apart! I couldn't imagine either of my elderly neighbors being able to use it! And then of all things...it won't stand on it's own...if you need to let go for a second to move something you have to lay it down or lean it on something. Needless to say, I have given this vac just over a month to try it, the suction continues to get worse, it doesn't come apart any easier, and tonight I will be researching to see what I will buy instead of this thing because I will be returning it tomorrow!

Wish I had seen the reviews before I bought it

This is not a power anything! Does not pick up any dirt, impossible to take apart on my own and a total waste of money! I wish I had seen the reviews BEFORE I purchased this! Even though I constantly wash the filter and CLEAN BY HAND the power brush head, it still does little to no suctioning. Our house has 2 small area rugs & the rest is hard wood, so it's not like I'm putting a big strain on the machine. Absolutely worthless. And I will tell my friends NOT to waste their money on this. This purchase has really soured me on the Bissell product line. Its going to the landfill. Sorry Bissell, you've just lost another customer.
