This is a great trimmer. The price was right and once I tried it I found it cut smoothly and trimmed back tough branches that my corded trimmer could not. I did as much trimming as I could in a day on a single charge with lots of charge left. Its light weight and maneuverable , I give it a 5 star rating.

I'm very sorry but I MUST return this item. I'm so disappointed because I have so much work to be done with it. First, the battery can't be charged. It has som kind of new budget charger that came with the unit. Tried to charge battery for 36 hours but no good. And the new B%26D design isn't compatible with any of the other B%26D chargers. Lesson…avoid these chargers from Asia.

Battery and charger

I just received my hedge trimmer today.   My first impression was the box had been opened and taped back.  I cut through all the tape on the box and sure enough it had been opened and possibly returned WITHOUT the battery and charger.  I am very disheartened and inconvenienced!!
