Quality

I bought these a week ago for work, to get rid of breaking cords when coming in and out of my pocket.
The box says 10 hours battery, the instructions say 6.
I've listened to them for 12 hours around medium/high volume, with the bass increased via my phone.
So the battery is great, and lasts a full 8.5 hour shift of work no problem.

The signal is strong and never gets interrupted when listening to music or on a call.
Buttons are simple and charging couldn't be easier.
You forget you're wearing the neckband shortly as it is comfortable and light.
The sound quality is great, the bass is noticeable, but could be better.

Overall:
Very satisfied 4.5/5 (.5 deducted for the lack of bass. I'm just a basshead. They're great!)

Comfortable, Very long lasting, Good sound quality

I just bought this item for use at the gym and here are the things I've noticed so far....  First, it is dead easy to pair with your phone, it literally took 10 seconds to turn it on and then hold the button for 5 seconds and it paired. The next thing I was so pleased about was the ear buds fit so nicely and not once did they slip out or even budge while doing my 
workout. The "collar" since gently behind your neck and you forget it's even there.  As for sound, as I mainly listen to books and podcasts this device was more than adequate. However, when listening to music I noticed that the sound range is lacking in bass quality. After researching quite a bit on Bluetooth earbuds etc I understand that the technology for providing real solid bass is work in progress unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars, which I don't.

Simple and works

Pros:
The sound quality is really good and the fit in the ears is really good.

Cons:
Low bluetooth range.  I've never had a Bluetooth product with this low range. When you leave range of your phone and come back into range the headphones don't connect again, you need to restart the headphones.

They don't work in the cold. I was outside in -4C weather and they shut off suddenly. They were fully charged but the cold weather made them inoperable until they warmed up again.

They take too long to turn on and change tracks. You need to hold the buttons for 5 sec to make them do anything. This frustrates me. 

They don't get quiet enough. I feel like even on the lowest volume, they are just a bit too loud to work with.

Verdict:
I wish I spent more money on better headphones.

Poor range, annoying to own

First call, asked for sound quality check. Very muffled. Guess only use for headphones now :|

Bad microphone

Very unhappy  you think you're buying a good pair of earphones and out-of-the-box they don't work! Do not buy I should have went with Sony

Do not purchase

Battery dies really early even when I've charged it for 2 and even 5 hours. They die about 1/2 hour after use. Only one side works after purchasing 2 weeks later. Poor quality. Would never recommend buying from this company
