I bought these about a week ago and they are awesome. They are definitely over the ear and foldable. Audio quality is good and built in microphone works well. In the end anything by Blackweb is good. I'm even typing this on a Blackweb keyboard.

Great Headphones

Bought these headphones for gaming, I was looking for a pair that was affordable but comfortable. I settled on these & I'm so glad I did. They are very comfortable and the sound quality is great & they have excellent noise cancelling quality as well. I have worn them for periods of 6+ hours at a time without my ears hurting. They are a bit on the heavier side, but they are also large. Some other reviewers said the headband snaps easily, I've only had mine for 3 days so I can't attest to that but so far so good!

I bought these headphones almost a year ago and I have to say for the price they are fantastic, my only 2 complaints is that 1. the headphones get very uncomfortable after a while and 2. the headband snaps too easily even with slight pressure. Other then that they are very great and offer amazing sound for your buck.

I really love these headphones but..

The audio quality from these headphones is fairly good in comparison to other headphones in their catagory. They are comfortable to wear and the cord is very durable. Despite this, I can't recommend these headphones for long-term use as, after about 6 months of owning them, my pair has snapped in half. This is not my first pair of Blackweb headphones that have done this, so be aware of that while deciding to buy. If you simply need a temporary or spare set of headphones I would consider them worth the purchase.

Pretty good for short-term use

i'd have the  headphones for a couple months but the cord line broke on me. I'm trying to get replacements for the cord.

its great but...

I bought a pair about a year ago, and within three months the headband snapped. I bought another pair a month later, and the headband snapped last week. The sound quality is excellent and the noise cancellation is fair. However, the fragility of the headband is a major pitfall. Thus, I cannot rate this product any higher than two stars, since a pair doesn't even last a year. My next pair will be Pioneer brand headphones, as they are far more durable than anything Blackweb has to offer.

Fragile Headband

Update from when I posted 4 months ago. I like the headphones, but have to return this An update from 4 months ago. 
This is my 3rd pair of these i have to return. Not because of breaking at the folding point this time but because the right earphone is gone. The sound went on the right side last night. I like the headphones but keep giving out one way or another. Blackweb has a 1 year warranty but will probably look for a different brand this time.

Returning again!

I just bought these looking for a cheap replacement to my production headphones 1, it says "studio" but gives a muddy bass boosted soundwhich the speakers cant even handle it sounds like they are going ot give at any second,,so if youre looking for a clean flat sound this is not what youre looking for, also i can hear static in the back of everything , the sound quality is just horrendous. i would even use these for leisure listening

not good even for the price

Bought about an 3 hours ago in store - laptop picked it up, paired right away no problem. Started to listen to youtube, dragged as soon as I touched youtube volume slider, sound went 100% to right ear only. Wasted an hour on all my settings and drivers convinced it was that... removed device, try to repair but now it won't show on 2 laptops and my phone. Now, it finally paired on my laptop, still no sound on the left ear at all. Came here to look at reviews, wow - common problem on these. Terrible - now I see why they are a clearance item...

Less than an hour not working AT ALL

Bought one for my son for Christmas and right out of the box when he plugged them into his tablet there was only sound on the left side. Going back for Skullduggery headphones.

Not a good value.
