I like Blue Dragon, but this Chinese curry was not for me. It overpowered everything, you could only taste the 1 strong spice while eating the stir fry. You must use the whole jar with 5 days, there is too much in 1 jar to use in 5 days, wasteful. Refrigeration is necessary after opening.
