[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for a couple weeks. 5 people were swimming creating enough wake to lift steps and snapped the flimsy brace on rail. now i have to find something to hold the steps down. definitely not worth the money!

Came with cracks in bottom step. Some of the predrilled holes were impossible to get screws all the way in.

I will try and contact the seller.

Very pleased with these steps! These steps are well made and did not have an issue with them floating. No need to add weights or sand but just get the air out and they are so substantial they are staying down. We did attach to the deck.  So much better than the ladder that came with the pool !

Great Quality

Steps are sturdy.  Hand rail needs to be A little sturdier.  I have bad knees and broke by ankle 6 months ago.  These will not work for older people because the steps are just too big!  There should be at least one more step on there to making it easier to get up them

DO NOT BUY.  These steps will not stay put.  We called Blue Wave to see if they had any suggestions or solutions and the girl said she had never heard of this problem before.  She said she would contact the manufacturer and they would call us within 24 hours (5 days ago).  Nothing yet.  So we added another handrail on the opposite side, filled both with pea rock and they still float.

Dissatisfied

Stairs float up and twist the handle. Needs another point of contact to hold down the stairs. Worked ok for about a week but any movement in the pool causes them to lift up.

Not a fan!

Made from hard brittle plastic. Showed up broken. Probably wouldn't hold up to very much weight still waiting on my refund so I can get a different brand. 2 -3 weeks on expected refund.

The stairs were easy to assemble however they will not stay in your pool without weight. They say no weight is needed and that is not true. After placing staid as directed into pool and getting all the air out they were very unstable.  The stairs were just not going to work with just one plastic arm and a few screws attached to your deck. (And made for wood deck) we have a metal / aluminum deck but made it work. We put almost 100 lbs under the stairs on pvc Pipes filled w sand as well as sandbags before they finally sat solid in the pool. They won't move now and they are fine. It took a couple days to get them secured. The directions should not say they do not need weight.
