Rated 5 out of 5 by from A MUST for pizza crust! I love the texture of pizzeria crust but making my own with all purpose flour gave a fluffy, bread-like crust instead of the dense, chewy crust I wanted. Sifting the Vital Wheat Gluten in with the AP flour did the trick! I add about 1-2 tbs per cup of flour and knead about 5 minutes more than for a bread recipe. Much easier than keeping a bag of strong flour on hand (if you can find it!). I store the gluten sealed in an airtight container in the fridge and I've never had it go rancid. FYI, if you make homemade bread with whole wheat flour, try adding gluten. Your bread will rise higher, turn out lighter, and have a wonderful texture. I'll never be without this!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality control by Walmart Ordered online and got it with a hole in the bag with flour leaking out. Had to return it. The one star is for Walmart and not for the product . Product is excellent and makes whole wheat bread rise more in bread machine. 5 stars for product.
