Booby Boons Lactation Cookies (chocolate chip) contain three active ingredients (known as galactagogues) to increase breastmilk supply; brewers yeast, oats and flax. Booby Boons Lactation Cookies have been formulated with the help of naturopaths, lactation consultants and nutritionists and tested on breastfeeding moms. The ingredients are all natural, soy-free, fenugreek-free and wheat free and results show within the first 1 to 2 days. They’re a great alternative to traditional lactation tea as it's tastier and more convenient! Stork and Dove recommends that moms take 1-3 cookies approximately 2 hours before breastfeeding or as needed. Each bag contains 12 cookies (168 grams).
