Easy to switch blades, easy to clean, and of course the safety guard make this a great purchase.

Great device. Using Borner slicer, different design variations, for more than 15 years. Best on the market.

Great.

This is one of the more expensive mandolines for home use but it does have good reviews. It's the first one I have owned so I don't have anything to compare it to, but to me it is quite light and therefore "feels" cheap. Moving the cutting platform in and out in order to vary the thickness of the slice is not as easy as it makes out in the instructions (which are not great by the way) because it says to push in on the button on the side and slide the platform in/out. However, I had to push the button in and lift up the platform to move it in or out so it would lock into position. The blades do seem to be extremely sharp and it does do a good job of slicing.

Works fine, a little cheap felling.

Good product - an easy to operate mandoline. Would be great if the bottom end coukd hook onto a bowl!
