I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried Vicks V906CA Digital Plus™ Thermometer with Extra Large Display and I am in awe with the ease of usage of this product.It was so easy,quick and hassle free to get the temperature reading with this thermometer.It gives off the reading in a few seconds and beeps once done so you know that the reading is measured and the best feature is that it tells you with an alert tone if the temperature is high.I have a 16 month old and getting her temperature reading was a struggle but with this it was a piece of cake.To conclude,I would definitely recommend this thermometer.It saves time,hassle free and also give accurate readings.

I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion Using this no touch thermometer was so easy. The colour coding tells you if you are in a safe rang. It is so easy to use with fussy children. This is a must have for every household. Right out of the box it works the first time I tried it. I love that you can use it to take the temperature of food and water. What a great thing to have at bath time. I absolutely recommend this no touch thermometer.

I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion I really liked this thermometer.  It was perfect to not have to physically touch to get the temperature and I really liked that it is age specific so I could use it for my whole family. This would be really good for anyone with young kids. Another great feature is that you can use it to test water temperature which came in very handy to make sure that my nine month old daughter's bath was not too hot for her. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with young kids.

I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion Braun No Touch + Forehead Thermometer with Age Precision™  Is a a great addition to my first aid box.  Gives you the such a wide range of options for temperature measurement. From your body temperature to your food temperature., from a newborn to adult, no touch plus fore head and  last  but not least centigrade and Fahrenheit.  Very very convenient
It is so easy to use. Although not to be given to kids but I can power off n let my son pretend to take my temperature. No hassle of fighting with my little one to put under his arm or trying to make it stay for 2 minutes under my elder ones tongue! What a relief. One greatest point. It's hygienic. Super happy with it
It's great for everyone. No matter what age are you. But perfect and a necessity for families with kids. It's no touch feature makes it an ideal choicein your daycare, school, clinic, spa or anywhere close  interaction

A basic necessity now

I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion Braun No Touch & Forehead Thermometer does work quickly, within the 2 seconds as marketed. The age precision feature is handy, however, switching between the age profiles for each member of the house now adds time to the quick 2 second temperature check. 
I tested the thermometer on both food and bath temperatures, both read accurately; this feature would be especially handy for infant bath-time and children just starting on solid foods.
I was able to test the no touch feature on both a 15 month old and 5 year old. Unfortunately, the thermometer needs to be held at such a close range, so it was nearly impossible with the 15 month old and the 5 year old only just held still long enough. I can see this feature working well with younger, less mobile kids and for maybe age 4+, otherwise the kids just want to grab it and play with it. It also took me a few attempts to master a temperature check on myself using the no touch feature. I found the handle was awkward to hold backwards and you had to have the volume turned on to make sure it was actually taking the temperature.
If purchasing this product just for a no touch temperature reading on toddlers, I would hesitate to recommend, but for all and any other uses I would absolutely say it's worth it.

Accurate and Quick Temperature Readings

I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion Should work well enough for most users. I like the colour-coded screen (red when you're in fever territory, orange for low-grade, etc.), and it's convenient that you can set it to respond to appropriate temperature ranges for children of different ages.
The problem I have is that it takes a little while -- maybe 5-10 seconds -- held still in the appropriate spot to get an accurate read, and this is several seconds too long for a young toddler to stay still. I can't  be confident in the reading when my kid is squirming the whole time, which really lowers the usefulness of this thermometer for me.

I received a faulty thermometer which didn't work at all. It didn't went past the age selecting step. I received a replacement from the seller, but that was a different model altogether. As I was in need of a working thermometer, I ended up keeping it.

Didn't work

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my parents and they tried to use it, but it always gave them very low temperatures. I tried to make it work, seeing as I have a similar version which dates back to probably ten years ago (and is very reliable), but it still didn't work. So unfortunately they had to return it.
