Brita On Tap Chrome is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont Buy I bought this item, and almost 2 months, the knob to switch between filter and unfiltered water broke, it started leaking out and squirting out of the crack of the knob. I contacted Brita via email... Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that your faucet system is leaking at the connection. We would be happy to send you a metal adaptor kit that will allow you to properly mount the system and remedy the leak. Could you please provide us with your full shipping address? Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. Sincerely, Consumer Services I gave them my address and didn't receive anything, I replied back to the same email asking if they have shipped the item, and they didn't get back to me. Cheap filter and wouldn't recommend at all

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not buy again! I had a older model that lasted 5 years, it started leaking so I bought a new one, I only had it a month and the switch between tap and filter broke off,I want my money-back or a new one, the switch was too tight to turn I thought I was going to break my tap every time I turned it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Product If this product actually worked it would be great, however it is made so cheaply that it falls apart after a couple months. The diverter from filtered to non-filtered is hard to turn and will crack and water spews out the sides. Then water will spew out between the filter and the adapter. Save your money and just buy a pitcher to store in the fridge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chrome Brita on Tap bought this unit a couple of weeks ago and still can't get it on to the faucet. all adaptors are same size as aerator, need adaptor just a slight size bigger.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nope I'm not a fan. It reduces the water pressure qyiye a bit from your faucet when you just want the free flow, unfiltered water to come out. Dish soap doesn't suds up. The added bulk at your faucet makes washing and rinsing bigger dishes around it more difficult. And when I swivel the filter towards the back of the sink to get it pit of the way, water sprays out at me from the threaded area where the Brita attaches to the faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turn handle breaks very quickly! I bought this product about 5 months ago, and at first it seemed to work well. After a couple of months, the handle to turn from filtered to unfiltered water started getting really tight. Then after a while water started leaking out everywhere once you turn the handle for filtered water. Eventually the handle got so tight that it broke right off, even though we were very careful to turn it gently. Highly recommend you avoid this product and purchase something with a higher quality. Very disappointed in Brita, we've used the pitchers for years and after this experience with the decline in quality I will be spending my money on another brand.
