Brita On Tap Chrome is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Metal Sink Adapter is Needed Be prepared to make a Home Depot stop after purchasing this product to buy a metal sink adapter. The plastic adapter that comes with the product is junk! The plastic grooves would not hold when the water was turned on full force and the Brita Faucet kept shooting off. But after the adapter was replaced with a metal one, it works great. Like the idea of not having to buy bottled water more recycling the plastic bottles or paying the CRV fees!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Redesign fixes prior issues Brita has changed the product in the last year or two which seems to address most of the negative reviews I've read. 1) The switch to toggle between filtered and unfiltered water is not difficult (a 5 year old could do it with ease) 2) The filtered water is a solid stream which outputs much more than before. 3) The non-digital colour-coded replacement indicator is larger and easier to see. I've owned a Brita On Tap for many years and welcome the enhancements. Time will tell on its durability...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would've had better luck using the pitcher... My husband and I decided to buy a brita filter to attatch on to the sink rather than a pitcher that consumes more space. This is a horrible product. Despite using the correct adapter provided, it requires disassembling from the sink at least every other day due to it leaking and spraying all over the kitchen. The gray plastic adapter requires the use of pliers everytime it we need to take it off, which messes up the grooves. Also, the water can't be turned on high due to the white piece falling into the sink or pots and pans. Save yourself the trouble and buy a pitcher

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Water- Not worth the hassell I bought this filter system about 2 months when I moved into the apartment. The water there is awful. Installed the Brita System, used it 3 times, and it fell off the faucet! I am constantly having to tighten it every week and a half to two weeks. A lot of the time when I am filling up pots, it will fall off into the pot. I can't put the water on full speed because it falls off when I do that too. The fitting is the right fitting for our faucet. The water quality is great, but it's annoying when it falls off the faucet and into my pitcher of Ice Tea. I will be looking for something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont Buy I bought this item, and almost 2 months, the knob to switch between filter and unfiltered water broke, it started leaking out and squirting out of the crack of the knob. I contacted Brita via email... Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that your faucet system is leaking at the connection. We would be happy to send you a metal adaptor kit that will allow you to properly mount the system and remedy the leak. Could you please provide us with your full shipping address? Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. Sincerely, Consumer Services I gave them my address and didn't receive anything, I replied back to the same email asking if they have shipped the item, and they didn't get back to me. Cheap filter and wouldn't recommend at all

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Product If this product actually worked it would be great, however it is made so cheaply that it falls apart after a couple months. The diverter from filtered to non-filtered is hard to turn and will crack and water spews out the sides. Then water will spew out between the filter and the adapter. Save your money and just buy a pitcher to store in the fridge.
